Integrate directly with Expedia
I'd like to integrate directly with Expedia from Hostfully to ensure my properties are listed there and not be charged commission through channel partners.
I understand some properties are distributed to Expedia if I am connected to Vrbo, though Vrbo can't guarantee that will happen and we can't request it. I can connect to Expedia through channel management partners, but they charge an extra commission. A direct connection would guarantee I am listed on that channel and save listings expenses.

Custom Cancellation for VRBO
Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

Show Airbnb messages as coming from PM not owner
I want the messages from PMP to Airbnb guests to look like they are coming from my company, not from the owner account.

Get a notification when an Airbnb guest needs to alter their reservation.
When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.
I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

Make Rate Multiplier available at Property Level
I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.

VRBO Listing Description Improvements
When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

Quote or Special Offer option for VRBO enquiries.
I get a typical enquiry from VRBO guests requesting a discount/offer for longer stays. AirBnB allows the option to offer a discount, special offer, but Hostfully integration with VRBO does not. The work around puts the guest out and depends on gaining a lot of trust.

Push Length of Stay Discounts to Booking.com
As a property manager, I'd like to be able to push the length of stay discount at the bottom of the pricing tab in Hostfully to Booking.com. This is not currently possible due to Hostfully not supporting multiple rate plans in Booking.com. Please vote on this idea if you would like this implemented.

More user-friendly error messages for channel sync issues
At the moment, when there's a sync issue with channel (for example: Airbnb), the error message is not clear and I need to reach out to support every time to check the root cause (an error occurred, could not update booking settings, etc.). I want to have clearer messages so I know what to do to troubleshoot.

Partial sync with booking.com
It would be great if Hostfully can build the integration so users can partially sync with Booking.com. For now, there are some contents of the property that we are not able to edit when fully sync with Hostfully and these fields will be erased/greyed out when we connect our listings with Hostfully.

Hide notes from Airbnb calendar after a reservation/block has been cancelled/removed
As a PM, I would like the note that contains the Hostfully UID to be removed from the Airbnb calendar when the reservation/block is cancelled or removed so that the calendar on Airbnb is clear.
From the attached screenshot, the open date has the note Block uid=…., which is confusing. It makes me think that the date is not available while it is.

Support Airbnb offline fees mapping
When I mapped the fees with "Air-conditioning fee" with Airbnb channel, it results in the error "This fee type cannot be defined as online fee."
It's said that offline fees are not supported at the moment. I would like to map offline fees with Airbnb

Airbnb messages need to be sent to correct thread in Airbnb
The guest inquired on two listings, and our messages were sent to an incorrect thread on Airbnb (invalid bookings), yet not sent to the correct thread of booked one.
It's said the inbox thread is defined between a host <> guest. I would like our messages sent to the correct thread on Airbnb. It's not practical to send out the messages to the thread whose listing is not even connected with Hostfully.10 votes -

Update Vrbo amenties to include their entire checklist
I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.
Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

Add a field for number of pet to property setting
Hostfully does not enable hosts to specify the number of pets allowed in property setting, but Airbnb does. As a result, Hostfully does not communicate the pet number to Airbnb, and Airbnb displays its default value of 5 on the listing.
The property manager would like to be able to define the number of pets so that the information is accurate and does not mislead guests.

Support Booking.com multiple rooms reservation via API
At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.
We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

Booking.com SCA Requirements
As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.
