  2. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  4. bring the real information, not the total order amount. If the guest already paid something to be discount. I wish it could be automatic. Show a real statement, without have to include an extra line. What I understand is that, each time I need to send a statement to a Guest, I should include an extra line.

  8. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.

  11. Ability to select the default lead status on each team member account when creating a new lead.
    The default is "Hold". A lot of the times we create these for a "booked" clients, and the team always forgets to change the status t in the add lead page before creating it.

  13. I want the option "Issue a refund" option to remain when a security deposit refund is refunded or scheduled, so that I can issue a different/ larger amount (cleaning fee refund, extra guest fee refund, etc.) without having to do that from Stripe/PayPal directly.

At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.

    Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

  17. This feature would allow a host to keep track of how many guests were confirmed to have arrived, given early access, etc. With multiple people managing an inbox, or even one that is busy, it is hard to mentally recall if everyone has what they need to check in.

  18. Make the Status dropdown into a multi-select, so that I could show just all On Hold and Booked items, for example.

  19. Pipeline: It is often useful to see everything in the pipeline EXCEPT archived leads.

    Add a "Hide Archived" checkbox that when checked, does not show any Archived items. Even just another dropdown option "All Except Archived" might do the trick?
