  1. Now we refund the security deposit manually, but the system template is only for auto-scheduled Security Deposit transaction, so we would like to notify the manual refund transaction.
    It would be great if we can have an event "Successful Refund" in the custom trigger event list.

  4. At the moment, with Automation V3, variables such as [$LEADARRIVALDATE$], [$LEADCHECKOUT$], and [$LEADCHECKIN$] are displayed based on the guest’s language settings.
    Would it be possible to also have an option to default these variables to populate English instead?

  5. Currently, group bookings require submitting pre-arrival forms for each individual sub-booking in order to mark the entire group booking as complete in the system. This results in duplicate efforts and is unnecessary since a group booking involves one guest reserving multiple rooms. It would be ideal if guests with group bookings could submit the pre-arrival form just once, allowing the system to mark the Pre-arrival form as submitted for all associated sub-bookings.

  8. I have 2 templates: 1 in English and 1 in French. When I add the variable in the French template and send it to guests (with language as French), for example,
    [$PROPERTY_LIST$], it doesn't populate the title of the alternative properties in French.

  9. The Acceptance of our Agreement is a legal and binding document from the guest in regards to damage liability and cancellation rules and obligations. Acceptance/esign(accepted online) is the purpose of the guest Accepting our contractual terms and conditions. Without verified proof of Acceptance the guest has no liabilities in a court of law or in regards to a Credit Card Chargeback.

    Therefore this is vital to the guest understanding of the terms and conditions and in their liability enforcement.

  10. The variable [$LEAD_CHECKIN$], which provides the check-in date, only provides the date in English, even when we use a template in another language. I work in Brazil and need the dates to be displayed in our format (dd/mm/yyyy).

    We want the ability to set the Variable [$LEAD_CHECKIN$] to populate with format DD MM YYYY instead of MM DD YYYY

  11. At the moment, we only have a system template "Hold reminder" before it expires. This message is automatically sent to the guest as a reminder that their hold on the property is about to expire.
    But when a hold already expires, the system won't automatically send them a message to say it has expired already and then suggest the guest about the available dates we're having or the dates they chose are still available

Once the guest clicked on "Request a hold" from Quote message, the calendar will show a hold accordingly but there was no automated message sent to the guest. when i click her name in pipeline i do not get the option to "place on hold" only "extend hold" so I can't send the Hold confirmation message from Pipeline either. I can only choose the template from Inbox to send manually. It's very inconvenient.

    Please add another option or change "hold confirmation" message to automated instead of semi-automated

  14. It would be very helpful to have the ability to send a mass SMS message to past guests directly from Hostfully.

    Currently, SMS messages can only be sent through reservation-based triggers, but there is no way to broadcast a text message to all previous guests at once.

    This feature would allow property managers to easily send direct booking promotions, special offers, or announcements to their past guests via SMS without needing to export contacts and use a third-party texting platform.

  20. Currently, when the checkbox is checked in the Pre-arrival form builder, the label changes to “Required,” and when it is unchecked, it changes to “Optional,” which makes it seem like checking the box keeps the field optional. Improving the clarity of this interaction would reduce confusion.
