Option to prevent certain triggers to fire for returning guests
We have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. We wish to have a way to stop that template that includes our pre arrival form from being sent out to specific guests who have stayed with us before. We want them to receive all other triggers that are helpful for their stay with us but we don't want the template that has our rental conditions and pre arrival form to trigger, which is our booking confirmed template.

I want to add action "create job" for event "owner added calendar block". When an owner creates a block on their calendar we want to be able to automate and create a trigger to create a job because that owner block is an owner stay.1 vote

Re-add scheduled emails which have previously been deleted
It would certainly be a handy feature if you could re-add scheduled emails. For example for us, I believe a reason one of the team may have deleted them previously is we were mid-transition into using Hostfully and we didn't want messages going out twice. I'm sure it would useful as well as circumstances can change in which information a guest needs and so it would be helpful to be able to re-add auto messages/emails.1 vote
Trigger Day of week apply can have time to run
The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.
To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

Add conditions when dates are changed only
I have a trigger set-up to send my cleaner a message when a booking has been revised, the intent is if dates change, and for some reason she is getting updates for lots of non related items.
I want a condition in triggers so she only gets updates when the dates change.1 vote
Ability To Turn Off Auto Communication for Reservation
It would be great if we had the ability to toggle auto communication off for a specific reservation. For multiple reasons, we may not want the system to automatically send any messages at time of booking.1 vote
Add ability to cancel automated reviews for a guest from the message inbox

Add "post now" action to scheduled airbnb reviews
I can cancel, then manual review, then post from there, but it's clunky. I'd like to go through checking reviews and either approving or cancelling them. Then the next time I'm back on the page, I'd like it to be easy to tell which have already been checked so I don't check them again.1 vote
Add triggers related to check in and check out times
Adding the ability to send warnings to teams when check out and check in times are not between certain working hours, for example somebody checking in at 22:00 would need special care from the team, thus a notification to their whatsapp a couple of hours from the checkin will be very useful and may prevent problems with the guest1 vote

Handle messaging for TripAdvisor channel
At the moment, leads from TA are imported by iCal. And iCal leads are considered as blocks so triggers don't work at all.
It would be much appreciated if we can communicate with TA leads from iCal.1 vote
Free the DATA!! Leverage "Complex Conditions" to access all relevant data fields. Add # of guests and others
The Complex Conditions could simplify the entire Workflow Trigger process. This one area could handle all current trigger settings. And at a minimum, it should handle triggers for #s of guests, # of Nights, and Average Rent.
Additionally, leveraging the existing "Complex Conditions" model to nearly all fields lead/reservations could be exposed with trigger AND & OR logic. Opening additional data fields and Creating this simple tool allows full utilization of our data to increase our income and guest experience.2 votes
Review Template Variables
It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.
I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.
I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.1 vote
