  4. For Example, Bob Smith is bringing 3 children and an infant. I would like to set a trigger to send him a message 4 days before he checks in to see if he needs a highchair.
    This message is just for Bob, not everyone who books a particular house, or channel, etc.

    If there is a way to do this please provide instructions. According to Flash there is not a way to do this already.

  5. In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. However, the completed form is mumbo-jumbo. The info on the form is in one order while while the resulting completion is out of order in both email and Stay details tab's lead modal. It's difficult to interpret

  6. The triggers should fire in the same order in which they are usually sent, even for a last-minute booking (instead of all firing at once). This is because when you create the triggers, you define a specific time to send each message

  9. Right now you can only create a text trigger using a text template. However, you can manually send a text message using an email template. If you could use an email template with a text trigger it would cut down on the number of templates you need to create. Thank you.

  11. A pet variable for use in emails (Airbnb, VRBO, and Hostfully) would be extremely helpful. Many housekeepers charge a pet fee, but currently, there’s no automated way to notify them—only manual updates, which also require giving them broader Hostfully access than needed. A pet variable could trigger alerts to both housekeeping and guests, streamlining communication and operations.

  13. n Florida’s Gulf Coast, sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During these months, I’d like to automatically share turtle safety guidelines with guests by enabling a seasonal message trigger for reservations that fall within this timeframe.

    I think there are other templates that would benefit from seasonal triggers

  14. When the security deposit is automatically released, the guest only gets an email. There’s no way to notify them through the platform they booked on, like VRBO or Booking.com. That’s a big gap in communication.

    We try to keep everything in one place so guests aren’t confused, and this forces us to rely on email when many guests don’t check it. We should be able to trigger a message through the booking channel when the deposit is returned, just like we can for check-in instructions or thank-you messages.

    This really needs to be fixed.

  16. Please add the property name to the pre-arrival form when completed. When I receive the form information by email I cannot see unless I click into the link what property it is for.

    It would be extremely helpful as I am managing multiple properties with other managers to know who the form belongs to without having to open the link and then click through the tabs to check the property.

    We are requesting the addition of a booking date variable in the system, specifically to insert the date of the first payment (i.e., the initial booking confirmation) into guest receipts and booking communications.

    This date is not only important for guest records and travel insurance purposes but is also a requirement under the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) guidelines. TICO mandates that travel agencies provide accurate transaction documentation, including the date on which the booking or first payment was made.

  18. The current booking setting is set to booking request, however, we're using VacationRentPayment (VRP) and by design they charge guests immediately when they place the requests.

    We want to turn off triggers for only reservations that use VRP, so they don't get the check in informed, So that I can encourage them to cancel if it don't like the reservation.

    We want to add a trigger condition to distinguish the payment method
