RemoteLock integration should allow multiple locks to sync to a single listing
It isn't clear to me how you can define a parent and child listing in hostfully, but cannot map relationship to remotelock. Currently a parent listing that has two child listings in hostfully cannot integrate seamlessly with remotelock. This is because you can only add a single lock to a listing.
This feature works when using remotelock with airbnb directly. Meaning, you are able to add multiple locks to a single listing when integrating airbnb to remotelock.
This is extremely important otherwise, the workaround would be to add one listing and to manually add the other listing on remotelock each time a booking occurs. In my case, the parent listings are more likely to book, so that means it is going to happen almost all the time.
How easy is it to allow multiple connections to remotelock per listing. I should be able up to 10 locks per listing. I dont see why it is limited to one.
Thank you for your consideration.

It should both allow door groups and allow multiple locks to sync to multiple properties.

This is really hard to work with. Why can't Hostfully connect with one door group, or one location, instead of one lock. It seems like an easy fix from the tech side, but impossible for a host to work with only giving access to one lock. Please consider solutions ASAP.

We got tired of waiting and switched to Jervis Systems. Much happier with them and it was less expensive!

Easiest fix would be to also show DOOR GROUPS to choose from so very little programing would be required and host can change locks on remotelock instead of hostfully

Any update on this, it's been in review for 2 months will this feature be worked?

This seems like a natural iteration with this Intergration. Having to manually adjust this is seems counterintuitive. Please update this feature, as it would be a huge help!

I have found a temporary but cumbersome solution for the time being. @Ingrid @Bryan My process for now is to add access to the additional door in the remote lock dashboard for each guest/reservation. This will set the same code and access schedule for the guest on each lock. While not completely automated or Ideal, You can do this on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on how far in advance your properties book.
Process details:
>Login to Remote Lock
>Select the device you have mapped to the property in Hostfully
>Click on the guest name that you need to update
>Click on the Blue Button for Add Door Access
>Select Access Type: entire location, door group, or individual door option.
>Select Device, Door Group, or Location dependent on the selection above
>SaveThe default schedule will automatically apply. If you need help with the door group settings comment and I will send those as well. I usually do this monthly as my properties are typically booked out one to two months in advance... I do have to make sure I catch any last minute reservations but that is not a frequent occurence for me. I hope this helps everyone until Hostfully can implement this change, definitely needed.

I'm new to Hostfully. I was looking forward to using Remote Lock with Hostfully but finding out I can only sign up 1 lock for each property is not practical (most properties today have at least 2 entrances. I may end up removing the integration between the two- it's most likely a deal breaker. For safety and security reasons, I need to have that control over both entrances and know when these codes are being used. I feel responsible for the guests we host as well as our cleaner's safety. The ease of Remote Lock's ability to sync two locks is a solid system. Hostfully team, please strongly consider improving this feature to two locks minimum!

One of the reasons we selected Hostfully was because of the integration with RemoteLock. Our properties have more than one lock, so only being able to tie to one lock doesn't work for us. We need to be able to map to a group of locks at a property or the entire property itself, vs just 1:1 for a lock.

We just finished our integration with hostfully and trying to migrate our door code creation process over as well. I see that this was under review in December is there any possibility of this getting implemented?

We have the same issue as Richie

We have front and rear doors on our units and having different codes for each lock isn't convenient for our guests.

Thank you for the idea, Alex and for the vote, Matt. We are gaining a better sense of the effort involved here and will update this thread once we have more information on next steps.
