Edit font in message templates
Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?

All of that and bullet points, tables, graphics. Also would really like to preview what a message will look like in an email without having to make a fake bookings

Also the ability to format. I copied and pasted some templates and they are not formatting correctly at all. The sentences and paragraphs all run into each other. I fix it and save it and then go back in and it is still doing it.

You can use the raw HTML edit mode and use HTML tags to set the font. This is what we do. It isn't ideal.
On the template editor click [</>] and it will show the raw HTML
If you have some other HTML editor you can create things the way you wish with the first you decide then copy and paste that HTML in here
To see it live click the same button to toggle back to display mode
Ideally hostfully could just integrate tinymce which is my go to text area editor. Would probably take less than a day of engineering time

It would be great to have bullet points and be able to change font size. Sometimes variables come in with a different font and font size. It would be convenient to be able to make font/format adjustments directly in the template. As a work around, I use a non RTF app like Notes to copy and paste templates into, adjust format and then copy/paste back into the template.

Yes! This looks so tacky and it's time consuming to retype it all.

I also agree! This would make the templates less robotic and also add a personal level of flare to the messages the guests receive!

I totally agree with this. If you are wanting us to use the inbox feature to its full capacity then we should have the ability to edit font size/style etc. It does not look professional if the pasted information is not formatted the same

Hi Carolann, thanks for your idea. We've received it and will consider this for future developments.

Currently, only templates can be updated with Bold, Italics, Underline or Shading.
I've noticed when templates are copied to the agency that the fonts are mix-matched when a variable is inserted. It would helpful - and frankly professional looking - if the font was consistent throughout the entire message.
