Owner block should come over as a reservation, not a block.
An owners block should come over as a reservation instead of a block. You can even have custom messaging to confirm their stay or confirm cancelation of an owners block etc. This would make things more automated.
We are planning to add specific trigger events for this, so this should cover this use case.

The specific triggers that have been made are not sufficient. We use the Turno integration and right now the only way we can automatically book a cleaner is to turn on "create a project for every block" which is not ideal.
Ideally, when an owner books their property, it would come up as another reservation. -

Would love the ability to make owner blocks on our end instead of just bookings or blocks. Having them still read as reservations for reports and automatically charge just the cleaning fee would be great, with the ability to add or remove fees also.

Any movement on this? I am looking for full automation and this is one of those manual edits for our admin to catch and edit

We need to be able to track how many days an owner stayed over the course of the year, because it affects our revenue targets. Right now - we pull the "property report" which shows owner blocked days but this doe not include days where the owner has asked us to block days off for them. In this case we need a way to manually add owner stay so that it add to "owner block" on the property report (ie, that we can calculate the total of owner days stayed

do we have an update for this? Owners ask me direct to block dates, would like one of the options on top right to read "owner block" next to NEW/ON HOLD/BOOKED/BLOCKED please

I'm not sure trigger events are sufficient.
This needs to work for integrations.
Of a owner blocks they should be able to specify if it's a reservation or not. A checkbox or a selector for” number of guests”
0 guests would be a maintenance block. 1 or more would be a booking
Example. We use vrschrfuler.
Owner stays need cleaning. Vrschefuler doesn't see these but should
However, owner blocks to do some work on the property, or just to avoid potential party dates. This doesn't need cleaning.
