  2. When a potential guest looks at my nightly rate and breakdown on VRBO it only shows them a nightly rate because all of the fees are distributed into that nightly rate. Taxes can be shown separately, I have no issue with that

  3. As a PM, I would like the note that contains the Hostfully UID to be removed from the Airbnb calendar when the reservation/block is cancelled or removed so that the calendar on Airbnb is clear.

    From the attached screenshot, the open date has the note Block uid=…., which is confusing. It makes me think that the date is not available while it is.

  4. the client feels the holidays periods are where they can make the most money. they want to restrict guests from booking and then changing there minds. However they want to be flexible during the other periods so therefore want a cancelation to be strict during holiday busy times and flexible during all other timers.

  7. When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

  8. As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.

  9. Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.

    The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.

  10. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully. Airbnb allowed me to cancel with a waiver, but they said the would not allow it again. I had to turn off the extended stay discount. I…

  11. It's confusing when it comes to the payment by Booking.com option as it's unclear about the requirement and timeline.

    Therefore, it would be helpful if Hostfully makes a Deal with booking that all their customers are offered the payments by booking option. As they say now I must wait for an invite. But it doesn't say when the invite will come

  12. Currently we can limit the instant booking per property for AirBNB, VRBO and direct bookings. I'd love it if we could add this to Booking.com (BDC) to prevent last minute reservations. We have been having a lot of policy/payment issues with BDC that come in the middle of the night. I would use BDC if we could limit the last minute instant guests who have issues.

  14. As a PM, I would need to update Post Booking Details for guest to have the updated information after making a reservation, but it is not available in PMP now. And I do not want the information displayed in the public section where people can view it freely.

  15. As a PM, I would like to have more property-type options in Airbnb to choose from. At the moment, PMP is missing these: barn, campsite, casaparticular, cycladichouse, dammuso, farmstay, guestsuite, heritagehotel, kezhan, minsu, pension, ryokan, shepherdshut, trullo, windmill.

  17. Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.

    This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel

    This is a feature we have been planning to support for a while. We'll keep you posted as the analysis for it moves along.

  19. As a PM, I would like to have Booking.com reservations that failed during a database update / outage on PMP to be imported to the system. As of now, it just failed, which resulted in no lead created, and resulted in doubled booking. I have to contact Hostfully support so that they manually import these failed bookings.

  20. I get a typical enquiry from VRBO guests requesting a discount/offer for longer stays. AirBnB allows the option to offer a discount, special offer, but Hostfully integration with VRBO does not. The work around puts the guest out and depends on gaining a lot of trust.
