  1. At the moment, leads from TA are imported by iCal. And iCal leads are considered as blocks so triggers don't work at all.

    It would be much appreciated if we can communicate with TA leads from iCal.

  2. The Complex Conditions could simplify the entire Workflow Trigger process. This one area could handle all current trigger settings. And at a minimum, it should handle triggers for #s of guests, # of Nights, and Average Rent.

    Additionally, leveraging the existing "Complex Conditions" model to nearly all fields lead/reservations could be exposed with trigger AND & OR logic. Opening additional data fields and Creating this simple tool allows full utilization of our data to increase our income and guest experience.

  3. It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.

    I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.

    I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.

  11. I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.

    I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.

  12. I would like to have the option to set a trigger for orphan days when a guest booked and a week before or so, the system detects that there's an orphan day so I can offer this automatically to guests.

  13. They ONLY send a review reminder or a review request IF the guest has not yet written a review

    This prevents the user from getting an annoying message about "hey can you review us" when he/she has already reviewed their stay.

  14. In the Pre-Arrival Form yo allow fields for each guest to give government ID details and not just the Primary guest. In Portugal we need to submit the ID details for each guest to a government website.

    Or at least for the custom field to allow for multiple attachments so they can attach their ID's. The former would be better so we do not have to subscribe for another software like Checkin which does that.

  15. We want to add a tim based condition on the length of stay.

    E.g For a 1 night stay, our check out message is sent out the day the guests check in because it's set for one day before check out. On most stays that works well, however on a single night stay it gets messy because the guests receive check out details before they even get to check in

Send triggers that allow you to create a email you can send out to add a early check in or even an extra day based on calendar availability, For Ex: if an extra day is available at the end of a reservation 2 days before the reservation ends, I can send out an email that lets them at a day at a discounted rate to help book the calendar up, same goes for early and late checkouts and they can pay automatically and it adds the info to their reservation
