Owner Statement Updates
If we change the parameters of the Owners Statement we then lose all ability to send/upload as an integration. If we use the default with limited information we can push to their portal.
This needs to be changed so that a revised Statement can be made 'default' within the system. Way toooooo much Admin each month for a basic feature/need

Ability to see owner balance/due without running reports
We often get real-time requests from owners about their current balance. And also we always want to make sure their balance is positive and at a minimum like 500$ or 1000$.
By being able to see the owner's balance in an easy way we can manage their portfolio better.

Real Time Notes Section in Owner's Portal
Adding a notes section for reservations in the Owner Portal so owner's can see in real time notes from PM whether it's changed 5 minutes before the reservation or 1 day before, etc.

Notification when owners edit existing booking dates
Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.
We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

Upload Files
Create the ability to upload files related to the property for Agent/Owner review only. For example, Gas Certificates, PAT Testing Reports etc. The ability to upload these legal documents so they are all kept in one place and can be easily reviewed when needed and to ensure compliance. NOT for Guest Viewing...

Hide information to your owners
Ability to select which fields from the reservation you would like to hidde for example: phone, email
example: think about that you are haddling a reservation from schratch and in between since the owner has his telephone number he calls the guest to ask if we did our job well or even to pass him through to another property of his that we are not managing.....can you imagine what can cause this to us?

Better Owner Calendar View
The calendar on the owner portal should look similar to the PM calendar does. I would like them to be able to see the bookings exact dates, not necessarily names of the person, but the blocks. Their calendar view is very basic and only shows availability instead of full individual blocked dates.

Removing owner statement automatically if the PM removed report on HFL
When I deleted the report on HFL
On owner portal the report still there, however, when the owner click on it > it shows the error page which can cause the confusion for owners.=> I want when 1 report was deleted on my side, it should be removed automatically on owner side.

Handle replys to owner portal emails in some way
Problem: One of the tabs on the owners portal is "Inbox", where owners can send messages to us. When we respond to a message via email – so the owner gets a notification of the new response – the owner has no ability to respond from the email and has to be trained that replys to the email are ignored by hostfully and go nowhere. No error message, no warning, just looks like we're ignoring them.
My idea is to do one of the following:
Add text to the sent email that replys need to be sent via the inbox,…

Ability to customize the login page
This feature would be incredibly useful for our team because it makes it sound more inviting for the owner. It creates a nice Welcome gesture instead of Please Sign In.

Add quick links to owner dashboard
We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

Re-opening this UV since we do NOT provide the guest contact information on the Owner Portal, only the guest's first and last name.
The request here is to provide the contact info, which can include:
- email address
- phone number
- cell phone number
- mail address

Shared owner reports would be able to work with both login by domain platform.hostfully.com or PM's custom domain
At the moment, when PM customize a custom domain, the shared reports for owner would not accessible if owner login with Hostfully domain. I would like to have this worked both on my custom domain or Hostfully domain.
