Customized Roles for Team Members
Would be wonderful to be able to edit and customize access for team members, currently you can only set:
Manager - Full access
Booking agent - pipeline, calendar...
Property sales manager - property and owner creation
Associate - view mode only
Having customized access could give more control over who can access certain properties / features.

There are many features that as a manager you would wish someone of the team to take care of it ....for example why only the manager to be able and edit or programme the templates and triggers... It is crusial as a manager to be able and give roles according to the workflow you selected for your business. Standarized roles can cause huge problems to property managers

We have the same issues but it's more around the layer of "assigned properties" as our structure doesn't separate properties by role. For instance, our maintenance team needs to see calendar availability for ALL properties, but shouldn't be able to modify the booking or access client details. Our Reservation Managers need to be able to modify bookings but shouldn't be allowed to modify properties, channel settings, etc. Like others, we have had to give full access to staff that don't need/should have that level of access due to the limitation of existing role options.

full acls would be ideal.
Even at the property level.
you may have some properties where one users is a property manager but for others they're just an associate or booking agent.

I don't know why this feature was not thought about when creating permissions. This also makes no sense to "vote" on this "feature" either. Your competitors provide this security on their platforms, you should as well. This is a huge risk for all your customers.

Adding role for accountants/bookkeepers would be hugely helpful. Right now mine has to have Manager access, just to be able to create and view financial reports. High risk that she could unwittingly alter a booking.

There is currently a MAJOR security risk where is a team member is assigned admin access they can change the payments to go to their own personal Stripe or Paypal account. This needs to be fixed so that ONLY the owner of the Hostfully account can change the payment processor settings.
