Improve booking financials in Owners Portal
Owners often want to know financial information about bookings on demand. I am requesting an additional toggle on/off setting in the Owner tab of the Property page so agencies can choose whether this information shows on the Owners Portal calendar or not.

Linh Phan commented At the moment, in the portal, owners are allowed to view the booking total or nightly rate of the property of non-booked dates. I want owners to be able to view the nightly rate of the bookings, like in the lead detail modal in PM's side.

Cece Nguyen commented At the moment, the only way for owners to view Occupancy and Average Daily rate for the current month is to send the whole report file to the Owner portal and they can view it on that report file. It's not possible to see the Occupancy and Average Daily rate dynamically by changing the dates and see such data.
E.g current month is Jul and they want to view the average rate for Dec, they can easily change to Dec to see.

commentedHey team, This would be an excellent addition to the platform. It will showcase where the bookings are coming from and also provide the owner of the home with more transparency around which platforms are working best for them. We would be super excited to see this implemented.

AdminBrise Carpenter (Admin, Hostfully) commented I also spoke with a PM that would appreciate the same color-coding view of the calendar in the owner portal as we see in the PM calendar view. This would allow owners to see VRBO, Airbnb, Direct bookings, blocks etc. in the same way.

commentedDisplay reservation owner's revenue details per reservation on the owner portal calendar. My current PMS has this feature, and the owner can hover over a reservation and the owner's revenue split is displayed. Also, the monthly owner's revenue split total is displayed.

commentedWe have an owner who wants to be able to see the nightly rates in their portal so that they can block nights for their own stays at the home when nightly rates are low, not high. Thanks.

Thank you for the idea and the votes. We will review this request next time we make substantial improvements to the Owner Portal. It is not in the short term plan as we are focusing on other features and improvements at the moment. As soon as there is more information, we will follow up on this thread.

commentedMy owners want to know what the nightly rate is for each stay. If some property managers do not wish to share this info with their owners (I don't know why not) this could be optional, perhaps with a button that gets checked on the Admin side.

commentedHmm I'm not sure that's the same thing. KDD looks like it aims to improve agency reporting, how does this feed through to owners i.e. the owners portal?
-
Matt Latham commented This can all be achieved within the platform called Key Data Dashboard. Hostfully integrates with KDD.

commentedSeveral of my clients/owners have requested better reporting functionality. They want to be able to dynamically view all their bookings and reservations through the Owners Portal and have the ability to manipulate the data e.g. filter by dates, channels etc. Graphs would be nice and the ability to export any date sets themselves. Basically the Analytics feature but for owners.
