Sort custom templates
The sort function for custom templates would be super helpful so that I can see all the templates I have for either a given property or a given step in the guest support process - e.g. arrival, booking etc.

There is zero support to sort/categorize custom templates and triggers. It would be nice to have a very basic implementation of this as soon as possible. We have a disorganized chaotic mess of templates and triggers in no sensible order, and cannot even organize alphabetically or manually. Hostfully is severely behind any other PMS in its messaging organization system. The last request for this dates back to 2020 and no organization has been implemented whatsoever for 2 years since the idea was scheduled as "planned".

This needs to get pushed forward. There is ZERO functionality for sorting custom templates and triggers. It is ridiculous for a platform like this. We have only 7 properties on Hostfully and already our custom templates are a chaotic, messy, disorganized slew of templates that cannot even be MOVED in a different order.

It would be nice if these were, at a minimum, sorted alphabetically.

In the property editor should be a triggers tag, we should be able to add a property to multiple triggers while creating the property rather than having to go to a bunch of triggers manually and edit them.

Hi all. Thank you for your feedback and votes. We have received the idea and will consider adding it next time we work on this field of the product. For now, you can use the functionality of Window to search for the templates by pressing Ctrl + F .

After speaking with our product manager, this is part of a larger inbox project we are working on and is on the road map.

Thanks Jon and Audie for the idea. We will keep this in mind next time we work on templates and triggers. We can see the benefit in being able to sort these.
