This has been on for so long, I really need this ASAP, when is it coming Hostfully??

This is the weakest part of the Hostfully platform. Only having 1 increase and 2 decrease options means we can't be as flexible as our competition. Please add more options for increasing and decreasing pricing based on stay length. I'd love to see at least 10 options so we can customize our price increases and decreases very granularly and beat the competition to fill our calendar. It's been over 4 years since this was requested. Please make this a reality.

Yes, would love to have many discounts for 3,4,5, week, and month long stays! In Hostfully it says that if you do this, it overrides Airbnb price reductions. This is a catch-22 for me. On Airbnb, if I use there long stay discounts, I can add as many as I want, so I can add a 3 day, 4 day, 5 day, 1 week and 1 month discount. But if I want long stay discounts for VRBO and Booking.com, then I need to use Hostfully long stay discounts, so then I only get 2 discounts for Airbnb. Ugh!!!!

Please ad more discounts for extended stays. We should be able to click 'decrease rate by' and have an unlimited amount of days to do so. ie I would like different discounts for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 weeks etc.

We need at least 10 different pricing mechanism for discounts / the main issue here is that the pricing discounts in Airbnb are far superior and when we turn off the discounts in Hostfully / this does not flow through to the direct booking site and Airbnb becomes cheaper than our direct booking site because Airbnb allows multiple discounts

Airbnb supports lots of length of stay discounts. I like to have one for stays longer than 1 night, stays longer than 6 nights, and stays longer than 29 nights. At the moment, Hostfully only supports 2 length of stay discounts. Please add more length of stay discount fields! Can't imagine it'd be hard to implement, and for me anyway, this is quite important.

Need to add extended stay discounts for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks. Right now, only able to do 2 discounts.

Would at least like to be able to match the rule sets that Airbnb has on their platform. For example 3 day stay, 4 day, 5 day etc. Would like to be able to add as many conditions as I like instead of the current 1 increase and 2 decrease that exist.

Since Cleaning Fees are becoming a hot button topic I'd like to remove the fee but to do so I need more control on my pricing. I can do this on Airbnb but doing so kills the ability to have accurate pricing on other channels.

My clients have a need for more flexible Pricing Rules. Right now there are 3 semi-rigid rules in place. And all rules only use percentage, with no ability to utilize fixed numbers for Increase/Decrease.

At the minimum - *please allow a choice between percentage and a fixed number within the existing rules*.

Better yet - allow fully customizable way of creating Pricing Rules, where every step of the logic gives users a choice.

Thank you for the idea! We will review this further when working on the pricing functionality of our product. At this time, we don't have it on our short term road map as we focusing on other areas of the product. Once we have more information we'll post an update here.

Ability to send custom length-of-stay discounts to Airbnb - not only by week or month - but by number of nights. For example, 2% discount for 3-night stay, 4% discount for 4-night stay, 6% discount for 5-night stay, etc.

This already exists in Airbnb under "Length-of-stay discounts". There are fields for weekly and monthly discount and a THIRD dropdown for setting a discount by # of nights. Prospects that see there is even a mere 1% discount on a 3-night stay is more likely to book.
