I'm reorganizing this Uservoice idea and splitting it into 3 different ones:
- this idea is now: "Opt-out of lead assignment"
As an agency, you can choose to opt-out of lead assignments. With this option, leads will never be assigned to anyone, and any PM (with the right property permission) will be able to manage leads at any time.
This is now live!

PMs will be able to auto assign leads to any team member, and bulk-save to 1 or more properties.

Dashboard User Flow Update: PM will be able to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.
This is planned for Q2: I invite you to carry your votes on this Uservoice idea.

They have a small work around for this that is working for us. Its not too hard to set up. Say your hostfully account is "accounts@" whatever your email is.

You set up another account with the email address "accounts+1@whatever.com" and set that email address up as a booking agent.

The system will think it is a new email but the communications will just get routed to your original email account as "accounts+1@" does not actually exist.

You can then add this accounts+1 to the permissions of the property in the properties page and then all leads will be automatically assigned to that account. It works brilliantly. Only thing you need to note is that if you need to change something on the lead you need to go to the lead, click edit and then assign it back to yourself to be able to work on the lead in the pipeline. As long as you are aware of this it works a charm.

This feature is an absolute MUST HAVE we have 87 Properties. Having to assign each booking one at a time is a nightmare. Especially since you cant just go down the list and click "assign to me" on more than one thing at a time. You have to click the button, then it takes you to the pipeline page, meaning you have to then click back to the dashboard to assign the next one. Ridiculously silly.

It is possible to remove the "assign the lead" feature? It's useless for our business. We want all on our team to have access. Is it possible to remove that feature for our account?

This is still not working with agency settings and with the checked automatically assign leads. Still very time consuming and would be very helpful if there was a select all option to assign to me.

My preference here would be to allow Groups.

We have agent teams any of whom should be able to act on a listing without having to reassign it to themselves..
otherwise, they just get assigned back and forth, or worse, and out option, they all just use the same login.

Hi everyone! Thank you for your interest in improving dashboard leads.

We released an enhancement that will help expedite your response to guests.

Previously, you had to assign a lead BEFORE you could take any action.

Now, you can go directly to the Pipeline and take action WITHOUT having to assign a lead.

As a result of taking that action, the lead will be automatically assigned to you. And then, if you wish, you may reassign it to someone else on your team. If you don't have anyone else on your team, then you don't have to do anything.

As I have multiple Agents being assigned to the same property, it would be great if I can choose a specific Agent for the system to automatically assign leads. Right now, the system will only assign leads to the FIRST Agent.

We don't use the system for leads.....we don't take any action on them other than to assign to a person so they show up in reports. Again the request is to have an auto assign feature so we don't have to go in daily assign all the leads and flip back and forth on screens......or maybe just stay on the leads page and check all leads and assign in batch.

I manage 50 properties and manually assigning leads to me as the manager is time consuming….you need to change the pms to accept the manager as an agent and auto assign every lead to the manager

A PM suggested: "I'd love to request that you add a click box feature on the Dashboard side of the platform. I manage 15 properties and it would be great to be able to open the program in the morning and "accept/assign" all the reservations that came in for each agent by clicking a box next to the reservations and choosing the booking agent it should be assigned too all at once instead of clicking the assignment person and getting pushed over the pipeline each time. It can be a little obnoxious tbh."

Jessica, to help, in the dashboard, press ``EDIT`` and at the first page you can select ``assigned to:``
Assigned it to you and press save, it will not send you in the pipeline. It is more quicker but we need an auto assigned, i lose a lot of time on the dashbord!

this would remove the manual work of assigning leads everytime there is a new one.

Hi Matt, while this may work well for PMs with multiple booking agents assigned to certain properties, it doesn't work well for everyone and that's why this idea is here. Some business only have 1 user on the account and that user is a manager, not a booking agent, therefore the auto assign rule doesn't work for them. Other business have multiple managers on the account and face the same issue. The auto assign rule is limited to the role of booking agents. Agreed! I am a one woman show and its tedious to have to manually assign all leads to myself every time. I just dont do it but then I miss stuff sometimes. It would be great to have the option to auto-assign leads to the manager since many of us dont have "agents" working for us.

Add the ability to choose who to auto assign leads to and/or to be able to auto assign leads to a specific person per property
