  2. I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.

    For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

  5. It would be great to be able to see the info on the app. If I'm on-site at our property without my computer then I have no way to view that info, so it would be nice to be able to!

  7. I got this error when trying to create new BDC listings from Hostfully. The listings are in France:

    TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyRegisteredInVcs is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPAExtensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyHasVat is mandatory for this location(#321) - TPA_Extensions/PropertyTaxInfo/PropertyDeclaresRevenue is mandatory for this location(#321)

    The option to Set Taxation is only visible for connected listing. Thus, to solve this, I have to create a hotel from BDC first before connecting it to Hostfully.

  9. We are using leads to generate statistics & charts. We only need leads generated through ORBIRENTALWIDGET and ORBIRENTALFORM source.

    Without requested filters, we are going through each of the leads, and using the targeted sources. Here, we are spending our api request quota.

    It would be great if you could consider following changes in future updates.
    1. Filter leads by sources.
    2. Filter leads by statuses.
    3. Filter leads by date created before / after.
    4. Allowing lead sorting by creation date.

  11. Add the ability for guest's to have to sign or initial the rental conditions within the document (such as if you have a specific section you want them to note), not just the overall document.

    And/Or the ability to add multiple required signed forms such as adding a liability form for kayaks/bikes/etc.

  14. Basically I am just trying to find a hack to make your system authorize a credit card when a booking outside of 30 days is made so a credit card is taken. I like when the additional charge option is turned on for direct bookings but not for API connected. I am not interested in collecting a security deposit but thought it might be the 'hack' I need to get the CC authorization.   16. Right now, to remove a Third party agency from the PMP, PM need to make a request and it needs to be escalated. PM would like the ability to remove the Third party directly from the PMP (for example, with a delete option)

  18. Please improve the flow for receiving NEWINBOXMESSAGE webhook and finding the corresponding message thread and which guest it came from.

    Currently, the only way for me to do this is (every single time I receive a webhook): receive the webhook, get the threaduid and agencyuid, pull ALL of the leads for that agency, then for EACH lead call the GET messages endpoint to get the message and check to see if the thread_uid matches to find the thread with the uid matching what was in the webhook.   19. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  20. When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.
