  5. Modify the default area code in the Client Information (Lead Detail) to match our location instead of the US code, as not all of our users are based in the US and the majority of our bookings come from within our country.

  10. I would like to be able to customize the confirmation page after guests completed the pre-arrival forms or completed the payments.

  12. On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

  13. Make the new AI feature available to owners/internal users as well. There are many times a new hire (or someone dealing with a new property) would love to ask questions vs look up in a specific tab on the sheet. Or even text the questions while they’re on the go. Basically the same feature but accessible to internal users, not just guests. This way property managers out at 1 property, getting a question about something on another property - a quick English text to get an English answer (instead of relying on a human help desk) is SO much easier…

  14. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.

  16. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name. The turnover management coding and design could use an all around glowup. The system as it is seems…

  19. When property managers or owners click on reports older than one year (e.g., from 2023), they get an error page with no prior warning. To improve user experience, please add a clear UI indication (e.g., tooltip or banner) that reports older than one year will not be accessible.
