Ability to log and report Agency-level adjustments
Currently, Hostfully only supports adjustments tied to owners and properties. However, many agencies also need to track and reconcile agency-wide expenses that are not connected to a specific property or owner.
Examples include:
Hostfully subscription fees
Inventory purchases used across multiple properties
Invoices paid directly by the agency (e.g., software, utilities, maintenance contracts)
Having a way to enter, categorize, and report these agency-level adjustments would provide a more complete financial picture for monthly reconciliation.

It's hard to keep track of many features in the same ticket, so let's user this ticket for the Goggle authentication and feel free to open other tickets for the other improvements you suggested.

be able to use the scope per total order with all channels when creating a fee
During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.

Keep booking data of deleted properties
When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.21 votes -

Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.
We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

Support more variables and formulas in templates
In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.
E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]
But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

Customise templates & triggers per season
The ability to set different email templates to be triggered depending on what season has been booked. For example, we operate in winter and summer and our offering, property and guests are quite different, so being able to customise the booking emails per season is essential.

Cancellations with penalties when dates are not rebooked
Property Managers need a way to cancel a booking and release the dates, but keep the original guest financially responsible until the dates are rebooked.
If the dates are successfully rebooked, the system should allow applying a penalty and refunding the balance directly from the cancelled order.
If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest remains responsible for the full booking amount.3 votes -
Allow triggers options to choose one specific booking by choosing the guest's name or [$LEAD_UID$]
For Example, Bob Smith is bringing 3 children and an infant. I would like to set a trigger to send him a message 4 days before he checks in to see if he needs a highchair.
This message is just for Bob, not everyone who books a particular house, or channel, etc.If there is a way to do this please provide instructions. According to Flash there is not a way to do this already.

Allow to have custom fees over blocks
it would be very helpful because owners that live on site or who have stays for friends and family without charging them still need to pay for cleaning that is required by for the next check-in. Without a custom fee that can be automatically added, I have to go back and manually review the calendar for all of those owner blocks and manually add owner adjustments every time this happens.

Increase character limits on departure items in guidebook
For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

mobile app
The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

Make "Where you'll sleep" photo mapping easier to manage in V3
In the previous version (V2), it was really easy to see which photos were mapped to each room in the Where you'll sleep section. Everything was laid out clearly, and I could tell at a glance which photos were assigned or missing room tags.
With V3, it's a lot more time-consuming. I have to click "Edit" on every single photo just to check if it’s linked to a room or not. This gets very tedious, especially when there are a lot of photos. It also makes it harder to troubleshoot or manage the listings efficiently.
