  1. Add DAC7-aligned income/activity export functionality to support users managing EU properties who need to meet local tax transparency reporting regulations.

    Problem / User Need
    Property managers operating within the UK/EU are required to report rental income under DAC7 regulations.
    While platforms like Airbnb and Stripe handle their own reporting as platform operators, PMs must still gather accurate financial data for submissions.

    At the moment, Hostfully does not offer a reporting export tailored for DAC7 needs, making the process more manual and time-consuming for users.

When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

  4. Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

  6. Would be useful to have the ability to configure specific dates for our VRBO's mobile and member discounts.
    This is possibile within Vrbo but not while being connected with Hostfully.

    Also, VRBO confirmed this is supported by other PMS.

    - A webhook signature (HMAC or shared secret)?
    - A specific header we should validate?
    - IP ranges we can allowlist?

    We want to make sure we can confirm that incoming webhook requests truly originate from Hostfully and prevent spoofed calls.

  8. Currently, if the check in or check out times in a reservation are updated within the stay details in Hostfully, those don't update the check in and check out times on devices such as locks, thermostats, etc. This functionality is essential when offering early/late check ins and check outs.

  10. Currently, the /api/v3.2/owner-adjustments endpoint does not support filtering by start and end date. When iterating through properties with long history (for example, multiple years), the payload becomes very large and difficult to process efficiently.

    Please add optional query parameters such as:

    • startDate

    • endDate

    This would allow partners to limit results to a specific time window and significantly reduce payload size.

  11. The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

  15. Some property managers would like the ability to restrict what service providers can see in the calendar. Currently, when a service provider has calendar visibility, they can see broader booking and occupancy information for the property. In many cases, this is not necessary for their role.

    From a security perspective, exposing full calendar availability can create risk, as it may reveal when a property is unoccupied. Service providers only need to see the jobs assigned to them, not the full occupancy schedule.

    Currently, Hostfully promo codes only support:
    • Percentage discounts, or
    • Fixed dollar amount discounts

    Many property managers want to run length-of-stay promotions such as:
    • “Stay 3 nights, get the 4th night free”
    • “Stay 7 nights, get 1 night free”

    These promotions are extremely common in the short-term rental industry and are difficult (or impossible) to replicate accurately using percentage or fixed-amount discounts—especially when nightly rates vary.

    Proposed Solution

    Add a new promo code or pricing rule type:

    “Stay X Nights, Get Y Night(s) Free”
