  2. It would be incredibly helpful to add the ability to search by property address in the search bar on the Property page. Currently, users can search by property name or UID, and use tags and filters for things like status, amenities, type, location, or sort by creation date or alphabetically.

    However, for accounts managing multiple listings within the same city or neighborhood, being able to search by address (e.g., street name, number, or full address) would make locating properties faster and more efficient.

  3. Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.

    We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

  4. For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.

    Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

  5. In the previous version (V2), it was really easy to see which photos were mapped to each room in the Where you'll sleep section. Everything was laid out clearly, and I could tell at a glance which photos were assigned or missing room tags.

    With V3, it's a lot more time-consuming. I have to click "Edit" on every single photo just to check if it’s linked to a room or not. This gets very tedious, especially when there are a lot of photos. It also makes it harder to troubleshoot or manage the listings efficiently.

  6. We’d love to see a feature that provides insight into message response times within Hostfully. Specifically, we’re aiming to respond to 100% of guest messages within 5 minutes, and it would be incredibly helpful to track and measure this performance over time.

    Ideal functionality would include:

  9. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

  14. Jobs linked to a booking should be cancelled automatically if that booking is cancelled. This is very helpful as PM may forget to cancel jobs manually.

  16. My guests on Booking.com can leave their preferred language when making reservations (e.g. German). However, when the reservation comes to Hostfully, the language is still English. I'd like this field to be automatically updated to the preferred language from Booking.com so that Hostfully can automatically send messages to guests in the preferred language. Right now I need to manually update the guest's language in Hostfully.

  19. For Example, Bob Smith is bringing 3 children and an infant. I would like to set a trigger to send him a message 4 days before he checks in to see if he needs a highchair.
    This message is just for Bob, not everyone who books a particular house, or channel, etc.

    If there is a way to do this please provide instructions. According to Flash there is not a way to do this already.

  20. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.
