Display Airbnb Special Offers in the Leads price breakdown
To have the special offer fee to be broken out in a separate line item on Hostfully's leads. It needs to show up in each individual reservation and on the reports.

Ability to not include automated messages in the inbox.
There should be an option to exclude automated messages showing in the inbox as I struggle to keep on top of the messages that need answers to them, these don't as they are automated. You don't need to keep on top of them as they are automated to go - you do however need to answer guest messages.

Remove Hostfully Direct Booking Site links from Payment Links
When I send a payment link to a guest, the page currently includes links that navigate to the Hostfully Direct Booking Site. I'm using CraftedStays for my website, so I don't want guests to be redirected to the Hostfully Direct Booking Site from the payment page.

Add a per-unit calendar/availability endpoint for Multi-Unit properties
For Multi-Unit properties, we currently have a calendar endpoint at the Unit Type level, but there is no supported API endpoint to retrieve the calendar or availability for an individual unit.
This makes it difficult for API partners to accurately determine which specific units are available for a given date range. Partners currently need to retrieve the Unit Type's units and leads, then reconstruct the availability themselves using the unitUid associated with leads.
Requested enhancement
Provide a supported API endpoint such as:
GET /api/v3.3/property-calendar/{unitUid}
or another dedicated per-unit availability endpoint that returns the calendar for a specific unit.

Reduce size of Flash messages in the app
Sometimes Flash iA is asking for reviews and blocking the normal workflow of the app. This can be frustrating.

Add name of Hostfully user who sent the message to messages in inbox
Customers with large teams of agents would find it useful to be able to know which Hostfully user/team member sent or replied to a specific message in the inbox, for visibility of who dealt with a certain query for follow ups internally. If this could be displayed in the current area underneath the message that would be great , image shared for clarity , current format just shows the agency name , an additional user name would go alongside this in our suggestion.

Offer a choice of Booking.com payment models during the initial registration process.
Hostfully does not currently offer a choice of Booking.com payment models during the initial registration process. When a property is pushed directly from Hostfully, Booking.com appears to create it using the hybrid payment model by default.
Under this model, although the property is enrolled in Booking.com Payments, Booking.com pays PM the full guest payment and then invoices the PM separately for their commission.
This has accounting and VAT implications. Because the full guest payment passes through our business, we effectively receive 100% of the booking revenue before paying Booking.com's commission back. This means we're accounting for VAT on the full…

Expose Saved Enhanced Reports through the API
Property Manager is required to manually run and export reports even when the rest of their workflow is already automated through the API. This creates unnecessary manual work and prevents end-to-end automation.
Desired capabilities:
- List saved reports and their IDs/names/columns
- Run a saved report with a specified date range
- Return the results as JSON or CSV
- Include report metadata such as date range, date basis, and generation timestamp

remove EMAIL and NAME as mandatory fields from the Booking Widget
I do not need people to enter their email or name to see the prices for the nights they select. I just want them to move through the funnel. For some reason, you don't have the option for them to add their name later in the booking process once they move over to book.hostfully.com, so I know why you are trying to capture that in the initial widget, but it limits flexibiltiy.

Associates Service providers - to have access to the calendar and be assigned to properties like associates.
Regarding associates - my cleaning team are all set as associates, as they need a full view of the calendar. Ideally they also need access to the service provider portal so they can mark jobs as done. It is my understanding it is either or - correct? It does not make sense for them to have to accounts and logins. Can you add this a a suggestion? We either need associates to have the option to view jobs created and mark them as complete OR service providers to have access to the calendar and be assigned to properties like associates.

Option to filter unread GUESTS communications ONLY not unread messages.
Option to filter unread guests communications not just unread messages.
Guests communications get lost after automated messages are sent, as those are viewed as unread messaged in the unified mailbox.
I miss to many guest messages because of my automations and its frustrating.

I have one Airbnb account connected to two Hostfully accounts to manage separate listings across agencies. However, this triggers a message import error: Found more than one entity of type 'AirbnbUser' that matched the criteria 'airbnbUserID = ? AND agencyID is not null'. I want the ability to connect a single Airbnb account to multiple Hostfully accounts without causing message import failures.Problem Statement:

Add "Year-To-Date" option in Analytics page
I would like to have the option of "Year-To-Date" date range selector in Analytics page. Currently I can choose this year but that will include also the future bookings. and when I manually choose a date range I'm limited to 3 months at a time.
Having a year-to-date snapshot gives me a good idea of how I'm doing CURRENTLY.

Reviews exports
the number of usecases are infinite. If i can export all of our reviews on all of our properties, all in one csv file, i can feed that to AI, and use that to find opportunities to improve our property, find out what we're doing right, what we're doing wrong, use this to help craft new property titles that highlight our strengths and what people like most about our properties, it can even be used to create custom url links in airbnb. the usefulness for being able to export this is without limit. having to copy and paste each one…

Multi factor authenticator message
would it be possible to change the otp code expiration to be atleast 3 or 4 minutes. 2 minutes is way too short
in case of slow internet or the email system is slow, I sometimes get the email and the code expires
