Seasonal Triggers
n Florida’s Gulf Coast, sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During these months, I’d like to automatically share turtle safety guidelines with guests by enabling a seasonal message trigger for reservations that fall within this timeframe.
I think there are other templates that would benefit from seasonal triggers

Archive Photos without deleting them
I would love the option to archive photos without permanently deleting them, with the ability to unarchive them and make them live again. This feature would retain the captions and be especially helpful for managing seasonal photos.

mobile app
The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

Support more variables and formulas in templates
In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.
E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]
But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

Show travelstaytion bookings as travelstaytion bookings in central calendar
At the moment, travelstaytion reservations show as the same as direct bookings in the central calendar. I would like to be shown different so we can distinguish them also there.

Ability to make calendar on Direct Booking site clickable
The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.
This functionality (like the calendar widget), would greatly improve user journey.

consider the property Timezone to send Ical blocks
Ical works in UTC (Z at the end), so the TZ of the customer does not matter.
Google calendar's UTC time is what we take into consideration for ical.
9 PM in Mexico is already past midnight in UTC, so it takes the next day.
is it possible to consider the property timezone for this?

Allow Owners to Edit Listing Photos and Descriptions from the Owner Portal
Currently, property owners can view listing content in the Owner Portal, but they cannot update photos or edit the property descriptions. Since many owners want to keep their listings updated without depending on the property manager for small adjustments, adding these permissions would greatly improve workflow efficiency.

pet fee
The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.
This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.
