Make calendar filters persist across sections of the app
Keep the applied filters (location, property tags, property type, etc.) active when moving between calendar views or when opening a property-specific calendar. This would allow sales agents to seamlessly explore filtered options without having to reapply filters each time.

Update Pre-Arrival Form Checkbox Logic
Currently, when the checkbox is checked in the Pre-arrival form builder, the label changes to “Required,” and when it is unchecked, it changes to “Optional,” which makes it seem like checking the box keeps the field optional. Improving the clarity of this interaction would reduce confusion.

Delay sending complex condition
I wanted to explain why the ability to schedule messages after booking confirmation is so important for VRBO reservations.
Because VRBO requires the PMS to act as the merchant of record, all payments are processed through our Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fees are non-refundable, so once a guest’s payment is captured, those fees can’t be returned — unless the property manager absorbs the cost.
To handle this fairly, my solution is to delay the payment until the guest understands this policy. My plan is:

Add an option in iCal export to include checkout day for cleaning schedules
When Hostfully’s iCal feed is imported to Google Calendar, the event appears to end the night before checkout. This causes confusion for property managers and cleaners who rely on Google Calendar to see when a property is still occupied or needs cleaning.
Hostfully exports the data correctly (from check-in to check-out), but Google interprets the event as ending on the previous night. It would be very helpful to have an optional setting in the iCal export that adds one extra day to the event duration.

Add a channel-specific custom text field for cancellation policy explanations
Currently, cancellation policy notes must be added in shared fields like descriptions or rental conditions. It would be very helpful to have a dedicated field where users can add explanatory cancellation policy text for specific channels only, especially Vrbo, without affecting content shown on Airbnb, direct booking site, or other channels.

mobile app
The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

Add the information provided by guests during the payment checkout flow to the Client Information tab on the corresponding lead.
Currently, when a guest completes the payment checkout flow, they are required to fill in personal details (such as name, email, phone number, billing address, etc.). However, this information is not consistently reflected in the Client Information tab of the lead within the system.

Integration with Revolut Payment Links (Revolut Business)
I would like Hostfully to integrate with Revolut Business payment links.
Stripe and PayPal fees are significantly reducing margins, especially for high-volume property managers. With Revolut Business, we can receive up to 250 payments per month for around €10/month, which is far more cost-efficient.
This is especially important for selling add-ons, experiences, packages, and direct bookings. With Stripe fees, the profit on these services becomes very low and sometimes not worth the effort.
A Revolut integration would:

Increase profitability

Apply the Promo Code when creating a quote/lead via API
With the new Promo Codes endpoint, we now have the capability to retrieve/manage promo codes. However, we are currently unable to apply a promo code when generating a quote or lead.
The PM requires the functionality to pass a promo code when retrieving a quote, in order to accurately display the price breakdown to the customer and initiate the checkout process.

PIN Code created for Lock-Off reservations: create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.
The Point Central Integration, generates the codes for the Master unit and for the 2 sub units, as well, which are 2 different properties.
When the Master Unit is booked, the guest only received a code for one subunit, as it's the one selected in the lock of the Master unit, so the code for the other subunit is missing.
The request is to create both codes for each subunit when the master is booked.

We need to have notifications sent to hosts when the guest has not signed the rental agreement. We have signature on the rental agreement as a requirement before check in details with the door code can be sent but there is no notification if it doesn't get signed. We want to eliminate the issue of a guest showing up to the property with no way to start their stay. We have many returning guests or extending stays. Every time we have to fill all the guest data again manually.
At the previous PMS systems we were use to just choose from the client database and it filled in all data that we had already inserted when the guest came 1st time.The system offered the list of most current guests with the starting letters that we had inserted or choice to search in guest database

Vrbo calendar should be open to book for tonight
When connected to Hostfully, Vrbo does not do same-day bookings.
But we noticed we can book properties for tonight in Vrbo, so this looks more like a limitation when channels are mapped.2 votes -

Request for Detailed Agreement Acceptance Logs for Chargeback Prevention
The Acceptance of our Agreement is a legal and binding document from the guest in regards to damage liability and cancellation rules and obligations. Acceptance/esign(accepted online) is the purpose of the guest Accepting our contractual terms and conditions. Without verified proof of Acceptance the guest has no liabilities in a court of law or in regards to a Credit Card Chargeback.
Therefore this is vital to the guest understanding of the terms and conditions and in their liability enforcement.
