When viewing a booking in Calendar, I want to have a button to direct to that booking in Pipeline so I can take Pipeline actions like "Send payment reminder" without having to open Pipeline and teaching for the booking again.

I agree, this is so inconvenient.

Agreed this would be a great feature and a time saver. We plan to allow you to apply those actions within the lead modal itself (the same way we have it on the app: from each inquiry/booking, you can apply the action)

agreed. especially since we can't see example messages so when checking how your messages look you have to make fake bookings over and over and cancel them in a different place than you make them

I would like to be able to do all these pipeline actions on bookings/inquiries in the Calendar rather than needing to move to the Pipeline to complete these tasks:
- Mark as booked
- Mark as paid
- Place on hold / extend hold / revoke hold
- Close lead
- Cancel booking
- Re-open (a closed lead)
- Record a payment

IMHO, you should be able to do all the things from the same view.
doesn't make sense that the booking info works differently from dashboard, vs pipeline vs calendar view.

Should all be the same and allow us to do everything.

I would think it would simplify the programming if all the lead management views were the same.

Shouldn't matter if I'm viewing a lead from the dashboard, pipeline or calendar.
All Same info all should work the same.

I suppose in some cases where the lead assignee has certain rights that others don't there might be some differences but these should also be consisted based on permissions.

We actually plan to have the pipeline actions available within the lead modal. So from the calendar, you would be one click away from those actions (click on a booking, get the lead modal, select your action).

Normally, you can adjust your bookings directly in the Pipeline by clicking on "Edit" button.
