Email attached to Vrbo inquiry
Enso states that the Vrbo inquiry must have an email attached. Enso is prepared for the fake email (as they don't have real ones unless booked) However, the current email reads a bunch of numbers, but doesn't have the @vrbo.com. The @ and the .com is what triggers Enso to be able to message the guest back through the platform

Sync message edits from Airbnb
When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

Financials reports in Reports
I would like to provide feedback on the Financial Reports section in Reports. When utilizing the Enhanced Reports, it is necessary to run it for an overview. However, I believe that with the Financial Report tab, you can simply choose a date range to view a list of reservations, including the booking breakdowns. This is a more convenient option.
If there is a feature to select the date type of booked date and stay date, it would greatly improve the usefulness of this section.

Add template for email forwarding
Allow to modify the notification sent by Email setting => Forward all emails form inbox to Agency Email.
At the moment, it's not showing in system template so we cannot modify it.

Use the full spelling of the month and day of the week on templates.
The month and day of the week are abbreviated on templates. Messages will appear less informal with the full spelling.

Include Payment Dates for Long-Term Airbnb Bookings in Reports
Add a report feature that displays the dates and amounts of each payment Airbnb submits for long-term bookings. This would help property managers track transactions with multiple payments more easily.

Spell check
I would find it very helpful if the software had a spellchecking facility, whereby a word / grammer would be underlined showing the user there was a possible error. I have often rushed and responded quickly to messages to guests and realised after sending there was a small spelling error / mis-typed word. This can look unprofessional. There is probably one here!!!

replacing photos
It would be great to be able to "replace" or "update" a single photo right at the photo you want to replace. This way I don't have to drag the new photo after uploading it all the way from the bottom, describe, tag it, and map it all over again.
I'm always changing things out in a room and needing to re-shoot so my expectations remain as 'what you see, is what you get'1 vote -

Show booking payment status on Calendar
i like make a flag or a color so when i look at the calendar, it shows directly there which booking is not PAID

Group reports
It would be great to have the ability to group separate reports into one. Like if I had 3 different Financial reports. One for Airbnb. one for VRBO. and one for BDC to make a report that pulls them all into one.

No show filter
Have the ability to modify the status of a reservation from 'Canceled' to 'No Show' for reporting purposes to avoid manual workarrounds on the reports.

Add Hospy and Checkin triggers/channel
It will be great to add those channels as part of the triggers options. That way we could automate specific messages to guests coming from them.
