  3. I need to have a variable to pull the available property with an agency web link, not DBS link for "Email Property List"
    As an example: for instead when an available property is:

  4. In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

  5. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

  9. I would like to be able to do all these pipeline actions on bookings/inquiries in the Calendar rather than needing to move to the Pipeline to complete these tasks:
    - Mark as booked
    - Mark as paid
    - Place on hold / extend hold / revoke hold
    - Close lead
    - Cancel booking
    - Re-open (a closed lead)
    - Record a payment

  10. Guest pre-arrival form that collects phone numbers instead of email addresses in case guests have to be evacuated from a wildfire.

    If a neighborhood rips through a neighborhood, making contact with a guest via email isn't an effective way to contact all guests to evacuate.

  15. When I change the rent manually on Pipeline, I want the rent I input manually to remain the same when I change the number of guest, as long as it's not exceeding the base guest.

    For example. my base guest is 10, I changed the rent to $100 manually on Pipeline. When I edit the lead once more with number of guests = 2 (which is <10), I expect the rate $100 to be kept, instead of the (dynamic) rate on pricing tab.

  17. At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.

    Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”
    But it shows “estimated revenue” which isn’t accurate.

    Additionally: on the above “property report”
    Is a custom equation called “time period” or something like that that updates the number of days to a particular month. This equation should be…

  18. I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
    And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%

    Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.
