Ability to snooze listing for Airbnb only
I need to snooze a listing on Airbnb temporarily but I need the property show on Hostfully calendar to check upcoming bookings.
However, snoozing the listing on Airbnb is overridden by Hostfully. The only way is deactivating the property in Hostfully but then I cannot view the bookings.
It's really inconvenient.

Inventory sharing between Hostfully users
Inventory sharing between Hostfully users. Similar to Streamline's service StreamShare. EX: One Hostfully user in North Florida could share inventory with a Hostfully user in South Florida if both parties agree to a profit share partnership. Built in affiliant % from the Hostfully platfrom.

Change the order of Description pushed to HVMI
Currently the description order is pushed from Hostfully to HVMI. want to be able to change the order (for example: I don't want Notes section to appear right after Long Description section)

Adjust the footer of the new DBS
For the new DBS, it shows full Agency information, including Agency name, phone number and website. I don't want my phone number to be shown there. I'd be better if we can adjust what can be shown on the footer.

Checkout and Checkin Instructions
It would be great if we can load check-in and check-out instructions for each property within the Property Settings. The existing Check-in instructions section is unusable as you cannot use variables within it. I would propose adding the option for variables to be inserted into Check-in Instructions and adding another section for checkout instructions that works the same way. . This would cut down significantly on the number of templates to create and triggers needed.

Show time with date in Guest History
In the CRM feature where I can look at a guest profile, in the Guest History section, please add a time stamp next to the date. When we have guests submit multiple quote requests on our website, it’s helpful to be able to see which order they came through so that I know which is most recent.

Temporarily disable email on guest profile
Add a Don’t Email check box on a customer profile that would prevent them from getting messages. This could be very helpful when doing admin changes on a booking and you don’t want it to trigger emails.

Support fields to populate information from Client information tab on the Reports
At the moment, while there're addresses fields in the Client information tab, we're not able to run a report of it.
It'd be great to have those fields in the report.

Set Descriptions by Channel
Have the ability to set at least one of the description fields by channel. For example, if I want to put something in my description to show on Vrbo and my Direct Booking site, but NOT on Airbnb, it would be great to have the ability to show/hide specific content to specific channels.

Remove check-in restriction created by Turn Over Days setting for specific dates
I would like to be able to remove the check-in restriction created by Turn Over Days setting in Main Settings for a specific date. When I go to Pricing tab and untick the check-in restriction, it can't be removed.

Rate multiplier should apply to extra guest fee
The channel rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rate and not the extra guest fee.
This may create some inconvenience for us and our property listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com. We would be more than happy if this feature is taken into account.

I want to apply short-term and long-term cleaning fee on Booking.com just like Airbnb does

Same-day checkin trigger
Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.
I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under propertie
Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.
Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

I need to export the addresses of all my guests along with their names and booking information. We need this for marketing purposes.
