  2. At the moment, it's not possible to set a trigger condition to send automatic message whenever there's a query from a certain period of time, saying that no one is available to answer query for example.

    It'd be nice if we can set auto message when we set "away".

  3. We have two listings. There's a cleaning company there that works on weekdays only, and we have a part-time employee there who can work on weekends only.

    So ideally I would be able to set up two triggers that created cleaning jobs at checkout for those listings -- one that assigned Monday-Friday cleanings to service provider A, and another that assigned Saturday-Sunday cleanings to service provider B.

    It looks like that could be implemented under "if these conditions are met", which comes up when a trigger event is "booking confirmed". The "choose field" dropdown would add "departure day is", which…

  4. The "I agree with the house rules" field on the Pre-arrival Form should be visible under the Stay Details tab so we can keep track of the guests who approve this.

  7. Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

  10. As a PM I would like to send whatsapp messages from my own unique number so that guests can whatsapp me on this number but also call me on this number. I would also then like to have my own logo as the whatsapp profile picture

Simply to have a trigger for a failed payment due to insufficient funds that would send a message for the guest to know their payment didn’t go through with a new secure payment link and possibly a reminder that their reservation will only be held for a period of time (maybe a week depending on how far out the booking is) unless payment is successfully processed.

    I may just create my own template to use manually.

  13. I want to have the trigger condition to send the message out only if the rental agreement has not been signed.

    For example, I’m sending out reminder messages to them to sign the rental agreement closer to their stay but I don’t want these to go out if they’ve already signed, so as to not bother them. I’ve been manually deleting these future messages

  14. It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:

At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.

    We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

  16. At the moment, we don't have any condition to filter out booking inquiry with unavailable dates so we can automate the booking inquiry sending process for those type of guests.

    I can figure out the template side, but not the trigger side.

    I get a lot of inquiries from non-Airbnb guests for dates that aren’t available at the specific property, but are available at similar properties. I don’t always manually reply until hours later, when it’s too late.

  18. Guest pre-arrival form that collects phone numbers instead of email addresses in case guests have to be evacuated from a wildfire.

    If a neighborhood rips through a neighborhood, making contact with a guest via email isn't an effective way to contact all guests to evacuate.

  20. Would be cool if we could have more editing possibility over this pre-arrival form. If we could add some text, for instance if I could add a text-box above the esimated arrival time:
    "Please note that arrival time is possible from 3pm" or if a message could show saying "only from 3pm" for isntance.

    Instead of custom field, if we could chose the way we want to organize info on this pre-arrival form with "drag and drop" of elements.
