Edit Fees
Every time I want to edit one of of my fees, I have to delete it and create a new one. It'd be much easier if I could just edit my existing fees. Thanks!

Have a record of changes in photos for 30 days.
As a VRM, I want to know history of changes of photo order per property. Just when they were changed within 30 days for management purpose.

Add a "Fee: Apply to HomeToGo" option in the Fees setting
HomeToGo, when it comes to creating bookings, HomeToGo creates leads using POST v1/leads.
You can see all three fees in the quote as they are all mandatory (Optional: No).
The logic of creating orders is that we take all mandatory fees and apply them to HomeToGo order.
Adding a "Fee: Apply to HomeToGo" option in the Fees setting is needed so other channels' fees would not be added to HomeToGo.

Have the ability to select photos to channels
I would like have a small amount of photos that I can select which OTA those photos sync to showcase different attributes and amenities of the properties specific to a channel

Ability to customize booking link
We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.
I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.
I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.

Pre-Arrival form at property level
I'm working on the pre-arrival form. Some custom fields apply to one property but not the other. The problem is I don't have the ability to customize the pre-arrival form between properties. For example - for one property I need to know certain things. I don't need any of these questions for the other property and would prefer to send them a pre-arrival form with less customization.

Extra Guest Fee Per Stay/Reservation for all channels
The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.1 vote -
Set Descriptions by Channel
Have the ability to set at least one of the description fields by channel. For example, if I want to put something in my description to show on Vrbo and my Direct Booking site, but NOT on Airbnb, it would be great to have the ability to show/hide specific content to specific channels.

Setting for Exemption taxes.
In UAE, we need to collect Tourism Dirham for the first 30 nights of long-term booking regardless of how many days it is, which should be flat amount per night (AED 10 per night). But the setting in HF is not supported that yet.
If I set it under Fees & Policies and have “long term stay exemption” is 30, this means when guest book a reservation beyond 30 nights, no tax will be collected for Tourism Dirham.
If I choose "ignore tax charge for over 30 days" in Property Main setting, it does not work for Airbnb channel and…

To be able to add specific dates to be set as a "firm" cancelation policy. These dates are during the festivals and I would like to set the pricing and rates to be "Firm".

Discounts: To have the ability to create discounts that will apply on specific months in all OTA- similar to Airbnb feature.

Option to have a flat fee for a certain number of nights
I would like to have the option to add a flat fee for a certain number of nights, then have an add-on fee for any additional nights after that.
We require guests to use Safely for an insurance policy when they stay, but Safely's policy is priced based on the number of nights. We have a flat rate for up to 3 nights then there's a per-night fee after that.

Leave prevent Check-in/Out boxes unchecked when you update the price for the range beyond the booking window
When you update the price for the range beyond the booking window, the 2 boxes to prevent check-in & checkout are ticked. But when the date opens up, or when you extend the booking window, the dates stay prevented for check-in & checkout.
What this does is cause us to not be able to adjust dates ahead of the booking window. We have to wait for the booking window to open and then adjust dates at that time

We would want to feature videos of our different spaces / properties, just like property photos.
