Display Blocks in Pipeline
As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

Run a job report for cleaner
I would like to run a cleaning report to see how many jobs were done in a period of time. Currently I have manually count the number of jobs on the calendar to see how many jobs have been done. This leaves a large margin for error.

Add direct bank transfer option on Payment email templates
Rather than pushing all bookers to the credit card payment option we should be allowed to simply direct them to our ACH banking payment option.
Can you create a variable for 'Direct Payment' and then in the Agency Settings or Property level have the option to add bank account info?
no extra costs to the booker or to the PM - win win!

Integration with Track (CRM)
Rather than being a reservation system, it is a customer-centric system. If he has multiple stays from the same guest, the PM has the whole story around them linked to each stay. PM knows where guests stayed, how long, etc. eddie@mountainmamahomes.com

Ability to Create Multiple Search Widgets
There's a use case where a client may want to create individual web pages for each of their locations, and would want different search widgets for each web page.
Each search widget would only show properties for that location. This could be achieved by using "tags" within the product to group properties.

Ability to record refund in Hostfully when using Vacation Rent Payment (VRP)
I just started using VacationRentPayment. To cancel a reservation, I cancel the the reservation within Hostfully and then
issue the refund within the VacationRentPayment
platform, since I can't do that within Hostfully the way I can with Stripe. At that point, I need a way to be able to record that refund (or other payment) within Hostfully so that all the reports are accurate.7 votes -
Pre-Arrival and eSign agreement combined option
Putting the 2 forms together provides a smooth low friction method to acquire all guest information and a signed agreement all on one page. The page should also allow guests to change the number of guests and update them back to channels as a change. We occasionally see guests book as one guest as a mistake or avoiding fees; however, once they understand the requirement, they correct the number.
A Pre-Arrival/Agreement Page (Guest Agreement) would require pertinent information(Names, Ages, ID, Acceptance, signature). The form could also have a "Required after X hours" trigger to alert the guest and agent that…

I have an event space that I need to be able to rent out for only Hours instead of over night.

Property images loading sideways
For the random issue of images loading sideways, can the support team add a "ROTATE" button? It will easiy/quickly resolve this issue.

Full pipeline access for all managers
I would like to see full access to the pipeline for all managers. We are working as a team and today I have to edit a booking and assign it to me to i.e. record a payment. When I am done I have to edit the booking and assign it back to i.e. a booking agent. A Manager should be able to work with all tasks on all bookings.

Ruebarue integration
I would love to see an integration with Ruebarue, especially since Hostfully's templates and triggers leaves a lot to be desired and there is no native 2-way SMS capability.
