  1. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

    We now support Booking.com multi-room reservations for both multi-unit AND master/sub-unit properties!

    This feature is in beta, if you would like to be added to our beta program, please respond to this message. Folks who already responded to my previous announcement have been added to the beta program already.

    When added to the beta, only new multi-room reservations imported from Booking.com will display in our redesigned format.

  2. The system currently permits users to select check-out dates that do not meet the minimum night requirement. However, when entering guest details, an error message in the booking widget states "Minimum stay is not met." This could potentially confuse guests and lead to a loss of interest.

    The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

  11. Compiled Monthly report:

    We would like to see revenue by month to assess how we are adjusting rates month by month.

    A generic report that allows the listing of Revenue (rent or total rent options) by month to see revenue trends -all in one report- would be really helpful.

  14. Often, the formatting of messages when sent to Airbnb and Vrbo goes awry. Especially for Airbnb, it seems to add a bunch of line spaces between paragraphs and makes the messages look pretty bad. Is there a way to not have the extra spaces and strange formatting happen when messages are sent to the app inboxes?

  16. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

  18. When creating a new tax under the fees and policies tab we can select the option for "long term stay exemption" but after the tax was created we cannot see if we have selected the exemption on the tax details or not.
    It would be very useful to see this with the info of the tax.

  20. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

    However, we need…
