Option to Create Vendor Lock Codes Without Property Assignment
It would be very helpful to have the ability to create a vendor lock code that remains unassigned to any property by default. This code could then be temporarily assigned to a specific property when the vendor has an appointment and removed once the visit is completed.
Some vendors visit multiple properties frequently. Currently, the workflow requires assigning them to a property in order to save the code, which makes it difficult to keep a reusable vendor code ready for future visits.
Allow the creation of a vendor lock code that is not tied to any property initially.

Have the ability to manually change the number of guests on a reservation if it changes after initial booking
If a guest changes the number of guests after the initial booking i.e they book for 2 but want to change to 4, we cannot manually alter this in Hostfully for BDC bookings. This then causes an issue for the rest of the team as they have no visibility of number of guests. We need to be able to amend this if the numbers change

Change “Book Now” Button Label on Direct Booking Site
Please add the option to change the “Book Now” button text to “Check Price” (or allow customizable button text).
Reason:
I manage 24 rental properties, and many guests frequently message me asking for pricing because they are hesitant to click “Book Now.” They assume that clicking the button will immediately confirm or charge a booking, when in reality they just want to check the price first.Allowing hosts to change the button label to something like “Check Price” would make the booking process clearer for guests and reduce unnecessary messages about pricing.

Update Hostfully Devices when Check in/Check out Times are Updated in Stay Details
Currently, if the check in or check out times in a reservation are updated within the stay details in Hostfully, those don't update the check in and check out times on devices such as locks, thermostats, etc. This functionality is essential when offering early/late check ins and check outs.

If putting in a Price Rule (like a weekly discounts) it would be nice to be able to limit this discount to specific months or date ranges.

Pet fee with scope "per stay" can apply automatically to direct booking.
I have a pet fee with a scope "per stay" as I charge a one-time pet fee no matter how many pets guests bring.
However, with the new Direct booking site, this fee is automatically applied to all direct bookings, even though the guest does not bring pets. It should only apply if the guest selects pets in their booking.
Therefore, I have to change the scope to "per pet" while it's not completely correct because I don't charge a pet fee based on how many pets guests bring.

Improve the availabilty update for multi-unit
For Multi Unit properties, availability is calculated at the unit type level on a nightly basis, similarly to hotel inventory. This means that if there is at least 1 available unit for each individual night of the requested stay, Booking.com can consider the reservation bookable, even if the availability comes from different physical units across those nights.
From the channel perspective, the stay is considered available because inventory exists for every night requested.
Because of this setup, reservations may sometimes require manual reshuffling between units afterward in order to create continuous availability for the guest stay.

Set minimum renter's age per property for Vrbo
Right now Hostfully supports setting minimum renter's age for but it applies to all properties. I'd like to have the ability to set it per property instead.

Add event "Refund" in the custom trigger event list
Now we refund the security deposit manually, but the system template is only for auto-scheduled Security Deposit transaction, so we would like to notify the manual refund transaction.
It would be great if we can have an event "Successful Refund" in the custom trigger event list.1 vote -

What is the best legal framework to use for my law assignment?
For most law assignments, the best legal framework to use is the IRAC method (Issue, Rule, Application, Conclusion). It is the industry-structure for legal analysis that ensures your arguments are methodical and well-reasoned.
The IRAC structure for assignments:
● I - Issue: Find the specific legal question that needs to be answered
● R - Rule: State the relevant legal principles, statutes, and case law.
● A - Application: Apply the law to the specific facts of your case or scenario.
● C - Conclusion: Provide a clear and supported conclusion.
Some other effective and useful frameworks include the PEEL…1 vote
