Owner block from property manager!
Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

Repeat guest trigger condition
When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

Improve Booking.com Payment & Security Deposit Transparency for Merchant-of-Record PMs
PM feedback/request regarding Booking.com payment behavior and guest-facing charge transparency when using Hostfully as the merchant of record.
Current pain points:
PMS payment schedule settings (ex: “collect balance 5 days before arrival”) appear to imply they apply to Booking.com reservations as well, but Booking.com reservations may follow different payment timing/workflows.
Guests may see messaging during checkout indicating they will not be charged until later, but then experience immediate charges/payment requests.
Security deposit charges configured correctly in Hostfully are not clearly displayed/explained to Booking.com guests during checkout/payment flow.
This creates guest confusion, payment disputes, and additional manual follow-up work for PMs.…

Airbnb order breakdown should show discount info
Airbnb order breakdown should shows the base rent, discount and rent amount after the discount. Currently it does not show the discount apply which is confusing.

Have the ability to customize the message when a guest selects a date on the direct booking site that is past the booking lead time.
When a guest selects a start date that is past the booking lead time, it would be convenient to be able to customize a message, instead of saying: Booking lead time requirement is not met.

Annual Owner Adjustments
Currently, Hostfully Owner Adjustments support one-time and recurring monthly adjustments, but there is no option to create recurring annual owner fees.
Many property managers charge owners annual fees for services that are billed once per year rather than monthly. Today, these fees must be manually entered each year, creating additional administrative work and increasing the risk of missed charges.

Support Booking.com Photo Tags
Either add Booking.com photo tags to the Hostfully interface, or update the integration so tags don't get removed when Hostfully syncs the listing with Booking.com.
Right now, tags I add to my listing photos in Booking.com get removed once Hostfully syncs the listing.

Ability to Send Mass SMS to Past Guests
It would be very helpful to have the ability to send a mass SMS message to past guests directly from Hostfully.
Currently, SMS messages can only be sent through reservation-based triggers, but there is no way to broadcast a text message to all previous guests at once.
This feature would allow property managers to easily send direct booking promotions, special offers, or announcements to their past guests via SMS without needing to export contacts and use a third-party texting platform.

Integration with Peach Payment from South Africa
I wanted to emphasize how important it is for South African clients to have access to a payment integration that supports instant bookings. Unfortunately, Stripe and PayPal are not viable options in South Africa, which means the only way for us to currently accept direct booking payments through Hostfully is via the ChargeAutomation integration. The downside of this setup is that we are unable to offer instant bookings, which inevitably creates booking drop-off and bounce rates.

Date selector on search widget
The daysBetweenDates on the search widget is defaulted to 7 days so when I select Aug 1 for the check-in date, the check-out date is automatically Aug 8. However, guests should be able to select any checkout date after the check-in date so this is confusing.

Problem / User Need
Property managers operating within the UK/EU are required to report rental income under DAC7 regulations.

Change how checkout restriction dates are shown on booking widget
When a property manager blocks check out on a specific date in the calendar, the booking widget displays that date as grey.
However, the date is not actually unavailable. Guests can still stay that night as part of a longer reservation. The only restriction is that they cannot check out on that date.
This creates confusion for guests because the widget visually suggests the date cannot be booked at all, even though it is still available within a multi night stay.

Add a feature that will allow a host to block a specific person or group from renting again across all channels.
We've had 2 renters leave our cabins in disastrous condition. We do not want to rent to them again. We are set up on channels with instant booking but do not want them to be able to book. We need a block feature.
