  3. The way pet fees are currently set up needs to change. Having “Pets” listed as an optional add-on before payment is misleading. It comes across as if the fee is a donation rather than a requirement, which gives guests the impression they can simply choose not to add it.

    This is not how a required fee should function. The system should prompt guests to indicate upfront whether they are bringing pets when selecting guest count. If they are, the pet fee should automatically apply as part of the booking.

  4. Currently, my rates are synchronized through Hostfully, and I do not have access to the calendar panel in VRBO. This means I can only configure pricing within Hostfully.

    However, Hostfully only allows mapping a single rate plan to VRBO. As a result, guests can only see and book one price option.

    Use Case Example:
    I manage a property where I would like to offer two different rate plans:
    Standard Rate Plan
    Price: €100
    Includes standard cancellation policy (eligible for refund under defined conditions)
    Non-Refundable Rate Plan
    Price: €70
    Fully non-refundable (no refund if the guest cancels)

  5. Currently, if there is a refund on Marriott, it is not reflected on Hostfully booking, causing a discrepancy in the booking value between both platforms. It would be great if the refund amount were automatically reflected in the Hostfully booking whenever a refund transaction occurs on Marriott.

  7. Inbox Send Button:
    - Current behavior: For Airbnb guest, the send button is only available once a message is received from the guest or if the host sends a direct message from Airbnb to the guest.

    => I want this button should always available after guest booked, no matter if the guest or I sent anything yet. So when a guest on Airbnb does an instant book, I don't have to leave Hostfully to reply.

  8. Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.

    Example:
    If a PM sets “50% due at reservation” and “Security Deposit at booking,” the system should allow collecting 50% of the booking total plus 100% of the Security Deposit in the same initial charge.

  9. When manually creating a reservation, add ability to specify a different down payment then the default. The use case is to use when making a longer than usual reservation and offering the repeat guest a lower initial down payment....such as offering 20% and the rest 80% 50 days before check-in.

  12. Right now, many users add the discounts from the promo codes to existing bookings by adding a negative line item to the lead.

  13. My company manages the breakfast logistics for PM's guests. Currently, we are working with their team to fully automate the order flow from Booking.com to our delivery system, removing the need for manual data entry by the property managers.

    We have identified that the "Rate Plan Name" (specifically determining if a reservation is "Breakfast Included") is visible in the Reservation Details as well as the Hostfully Enhanced Reports.

    To complete the automation integration, we need to access this specific data point via API.

  16. I need to be able to send a message on a particular day of the week AND at a set time. I have bin reminders to send that happen weekly, when a guest stay is active. If I choose the day (i.e. Tuesday reminder for a Wednesday collection) the reminder is sent Tuesday am and we might have a new guest in Tuesday pm. If we send the reminder on Wednesday its too late... I want to choose day of the week and timing as a condition

  20. It would be nice if the service provider could open a booking, review the notes under the Lead Details section, and configure the beds accordingly based on the information provided there.

    Currently, this workflow no longer functions as it did before, and it has impacted operational efficiency. It would be great to have the ability for service providers to easily view booking notes and configure the beds based on the details included in the Lead Details notes field.

    This functionality is important to ensure accuracy and avoid follow-up communication or configuration errors. Is not the same to add the notes…
