  1. I’d like to request the ability within our PMS to set an age restriction for our properties—for example, to only accept guests who are 21 years of age or older—and automatically prevent bookings from anyone under 21.

    Could this feature be developed to work across all connected channels (not just Vrbo), so that age restrictions are enforced automatically at booking?

  2. We’d love to see a feature that provides insight into message response times within Hostfully. Specifically, we’re aiming to respond to 100% of guest messages within 5 minutes, and it would be incredibly helpful to track and measure this performance over time.

    Ideal functionality would include:
    • Average response time per message
    • Percentage of messages responded to within a user-defined time frame (e.g., 5 minutes)
    • Filterable data (by property, team member, time range, etc.)
    • Visual reporting or exportable data for tracking trends

  4. When I uploaded the photos in the unsupported format (HEICs), the system didn't reject it but still allow to upload the photos but it can not be pushed to channels.
    => I have to remove the photos and re-upload again.

    => the system should really reject the images if they are not able to push to the platforms so it would help us to avoid the double work in such cases.

  8. Currently, if a guest needs to be moved from one property to another, the only way is to cancel the original booking and create a new manual booking in the correct property. This process is time-consuming and can create confusion for both guests and property managers.

    It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows property managers to transfer an existing booking from one property to another directly in the system.

  12. My guests on Booking.com can leave their preferred language when making reservations (e.g. German). However, when the reservation comes to Hostfully, the language is still English. I'd like this field to be automatically updated to the preferred language from Booking.com so that Hostfully can automatically send messages to guests in the preferred language. Right now I need to manually update the guest's language in Hostfully.

  13. Having several different people “trying” to help within a short period of time can lead to different and sometimes contradictory information, as has already happened.

    Even though Hostfully has several support agents available who can review the case and assist, it often means having to explain the problem all over again, repeat the entire process for a new person, and sometimes receive replies that have nothing to do with the original issue.

    As a solution, you could reduce the number of different agents handling the same ticket or issue for a single person. Obviously, this might mean waiting longer for…

  15. In airbnb I can set minimal night stays by season, not for the entire open calnedar only. I want to be able to do this for our properties so that "peak weeks" must be a 7 night stay, but other low season weeks are 4 night stay.

    At the moment I have to leave it as 4 night stay, otherwise I will not get inquires on the low season. But guests are annoyed when they try to book a 4 night stay on a peak week and I have to explain each time why they have to book 7 nights!

  18. Currently, when selecting “Owner can view booking details” (without selecting “Owner can view booking value”) for Owner Permission, it is mandatory to also select an Owner Payout formula. Is there a way to allow selecting “Owner can view booking details” without requiring a payout formula?

  19. Currently, when a PM creates a lead manually, the client information always defaults to California as the address. This cannot be changed, and PMs need to update it manually each time.

    It would be helpful to allow agencies to customize the default address (country, state, or leave blank) when creating a new lead. This would save time and reduce errors, especially for agencies operating outside of California.

To significantly improve calendar and mobile functionality, we request two key updates: 1) Implement an "Expand All Properties" button on the main calendar to instantly display all unit bookings, eliminating the need for tedious manual expansion and allowing hosts to quickly view inventory across the entire portfolio. 2) Integrate the "Rebook/Extend Stay" feature into the mobile app, allowing hosts to rapidly create an extension booking for current guests from any location, enhancing efficiency and improving responsiveness to guest requests.
