It would be really helpful to have a Save All feature on the property Photos page to save time from entering descriptions and having to save each one, one at a time.

Dates exclusion capability for Promo Codes
On my direct marketing I want to include a promo code but I don't want to allow certain dates to be booked with this code i.e. peak times.
It would be great if I could select one or more date groups to exclude.

Add Pets as a Complex Condition in Messaging Triggers
You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.
It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

Modifying archived reservations
As a PM, I would like to be able to modify archived reservations and charge guests after they check out. Currently this is only available for direct bookings.

Clues on the calendar to indicate upsold items
I set up services by service providers to upsell them on the direct booking flow. I want to have some indicators on Calendar to see which bookings have upsold items (a pet, etc)

Add guest age and reservation stay dates as complex conditions
Example -
If a guest has an infant in there reservation, target that communication to talk about a crib and pack and play
IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

Sync property description in multi languages to Google
Given the property has 2 descriptions and it's currently synced only English, that causes its invisibility in Dutch / French search ranking.
I'd suggest to sync multi language to Google. That'd help with better search position.

Add a status marker in pipeline when payment request has been sent to guests - to avoid multiple emails sent
Add a status marker indicating that you or your team have sent the payment request reminder to avoid multiple emails sent to guests. Similar to the marker that is added after Check in Instructions have been sent or the Pre-Arrival Form completed.

Lodgify feature - When collecting payments (before checkout), do we have policy and quote workflow? Where when she selects "returning guest" and she collects less upfront and allow them to pay over a period of time before staying, such as 20%, 30%, 50% etc

Add language selection for a template in Inbox
In the system/custom templates, there's the option to add another language. However, when I want to manually send the templates to Guests in Inbox, it defaults to English. There should be the option to choose the language version in the Inbox.

Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.
Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.
The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.

Ability to require Vrbo Invoice Payment Method even with payment processor
The When a customer is using the Vrbo Invoice Payment Method and they have a payment processor active, they would like to be able to only show the "bill me" option in Vrbo and remove the pay by credit card option.

Automatic blocks after bookings with certain length of stay
We like to block a day after a long-term stay to give us the opprotunity to conduct a full, deep-clean and to address any issues and schedule maintenance.
Having an "auto" block for each 30+ day stay allows this portion to be automated.

Change Airbnb listing location from General to Specific directly from PMP
As a PM, I need to disconnect the property from Hostfully to change the Airbnb listing’s address as Specific or General. The option to change it is in Airbnb is greyed out when connected to a property management software. We should be able to choose this in Hostfully.
