  4. Would be great to see the tags in the view on reviews here, if you want to tell dev team for feature requests.

    if you have automated rating of guests set up, and guest is unhappy, we can add the tag so that we see in the review screen and cancel the auatomed rating and request for them to review us. The goals is we don't offer unhappy guests more reminders to review US and hopeully not get a negative review.

  5. This will help customers accounting people that ask for an itemized report, majority of pms like FIDELIO, ROOMMASTER AND ETC. THE BIG PLAYERS ON THE MARKET can do this, it will help me sell it also to another company or hotel. I can see it on the view and it break it down rent daily, but i can not add it on the receipt.     Case 1 – This case applies when the agency pays for a service.

    Current owner adjustment Records a cost incurred by the Agency and does the following

    Deducts Owners payout

    Increases Agency payout

    Case 2 – This case applies when the agency pays an invoice or service from the owners Trust account with the owner’s permission or as a request

    Agency pays for a service, like landscaping/weed control, from the Owners Trust Account

    Deducts from Owners payout to keep the Trust account balanced

  13. At the moment, Hostfully order displays the amount that Airbnb has refunded for cancelled bookings. But there is no transaction records for those Airbnb cancelled bookings, causing it's a bit confused for us.

    If system can add transaction record of amount after Airbnb cancellation refund automatically like for confirmed bookings, it would be helpful.

  20. I’d like to request the ability within our PMS to set an age restriction for our properties—for example, to only accept guests who are 21 years of age or older—and automatically prevent bookings from anyone under 21.

    Could this feature be developed to work across all connected channels (not just Vrbo), so that age restrictions are enforced automatically at booking?
