  1. we see that the formatting didn't work if using custom data as a long text.It can only pull the raw text.

  2. The report currently pulls all leads and doesn’t have a mechanism to handle group bookings yet. All main booking and sub bookings appear in the report causing incorrect financial statement.

    So only main booking should appear in the report, not sub bookings.

  3. For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

  5. 1/ Current Behavior:
    When clicking on a listing on the Hostfully Direct Booking Site, whether from the search results or the Featured Properties list, the listing opens in a new browser tab.

    2/ Feedback / Suggested Improvement:
    It may be more efficient and user-friendly to have the listing open in the same tab, allowing users to view a property and easily return to the search results or Featured Properties list without needing to manage multiple tabs.

  6. The filter function for pipeline under "properties", create a drop down list that allows you to click multiple properties to filter by, not just 1 at a time!

    Or - add the "property tag" filter option.

    Either way, I want to be able to filter out properties that I do not manage so only my properties are shown in the pipeline.

    As a large company with several managers we are currently unable to filter out each others' properties, so leads/inquiries get lost on the pipeline...

  7. The long-term exemption in property setting page is only supported for tax rate, not cleaning fee tax rate while it should apply it for both.

    Or if there is another same field for cleaning fee tax, that would be great.

  8. The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

  10. When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.

  15. Using the PATCH properties endpoint, if we want to update the "cleaningFee" within the "pricing" object, we are also required to supply the "dailyRate" value in order to keep the call from failing.

    This is not desirable, because the PMS "dailyRate" may have been updated for many reasons, multiple times, and there is no "sync" from PMS back to our database, making this a very manual process to keep things aligned.

    The only workaround we can think of now is a complex "round-trip" of data:

    • call GET Properties endpoint to grab any data that may be overwritten during PATCH

  16. It would be helpful to have a way to extract or report on the number of messages sent and received for a specific property. This would allow us to better track communication volume and workload across our listings. Ideally, this data could be filtered by property and time range, and made available for export.
