Show Who Performed Each Action in iCal Logs
Include the name or user identifier of the person who performed each action in the iCal logs. This would improve traceability and help property managers investigate calendar changes and identify the source of issues more efficiently.

Hostfully support guest-specific or company-specific pricing for repeat direct bookings - Not by manual updates or code discounts
I manage multiple vacation rentals through Hostfully and have a commercial guest who will be booking multiple separate stays throughout the year through my direct booking website.
I would like to assign this company a negotiated, fixed nightly rate that automatically applies to every future booking they make, without requiring me to manually adjust each reservation or have them enter a promo code each time.
Does Hostfully support guest-specific or company-specific pricing for repeat direct bookings?
It would really help us by allowing us to get more direct bookings by commercial companies who have workers traveling and need a place…

Make clicking outside the window not close the window unsaved.
When you click outside of some windows, it deletes the work you have done.
This happens on the pipeline when adding a lead. It also happens in a few other places like adding fees on Fees, Taxes and Policies, when adding Reviews, House Rules, Property Expectations, Price Rules, Triggers (but not templates).Is there a way to prevent the window from closing without saving if we accidentally click outside the window?

Featured properties on booking
Featured properties - Right now, you have to click all the properties to be featured on the site since there is not a "see more" button if you want to feature just a few properties to make the landing page less cluttered. I've had people respond back to me that they didn't see the property they stayed at last year and I have to tell them to do a more detailed search :( There is also not a way to arrange your properties how you want. Re direct guest to add services after booking process
As we send welcome emails and templates to upcoming guests, we remind them that we provide add-on services as a luxury feature. They can add in an early check in, late check out or decide to bring their fur baby with them for a pet fee. Ability to Customize Report Formatting and Layout
Currently, users have limited options to customize the formatting and layout of reports. We would like to request the ability to edit report formatting, similar to what is available in Excel.
This could include adjusting column widths, changing font styles and sizes, applying cell formatting, and customizing the overall layout to make reports easier to read and better suited to users' needs.

Have Devices on when we block dates for an owner
Be able to opt into Guest Mode for dates that we block for owners - both to turn on the owners user access to the lock, and to set the thermostat for habitation.

Manage lead payment via API
Currently, it is difficult to review and manage scheduled payment and refund actions for a reservation. Users need better visibility into upcoming automated transactions and the ability to disable scheduled actions without removing the underlying balance or refund information.
The feature should support:
Automatic balance collection: View scheduled payments to collect the remaining balance from the guest.
Automatic security deposit refund: View scheduled security deposit (SD) refunds to the guest.

Calculate tax variation on updated booking
On an updated reservation, need the added nights to show not just the total but how much the additonal taxes would be instead of it being one total amount. we have to file taxes quarterly and need to make sure i am reporting these things correctly

Cookie Consent Banner and Google Analytics Consent Management
Current situation
The Direct Booking Site currently does not provide a built-in way to:
Display a cookie consent banner to website visitors.
Prevent Google Analytics from tracking visitors until they have provided consent.
Requested improvement
Add cookie consent functionality to the Direct Booking Site that allows agencies to:
- Display a cookie consent banner when visitors first access the site.
- Obtain and store the visitor’s consent.
- Prevent Google Analytics and other non-essential tracking scripts from running before consent is provided.

Search Widget guests showing 1 person as the default
On the basic dates search, I need the default setting changed from 2 persons to 1 person, forcing the customer to click the drop down.
They will then see the dog option and stop me having to explain every time where the ‘add dog’.1 vote
