  2. In Pre-arrival form, I only need the information of main guest including guest name, age and email, not other additional guests. Imagine a villa with 10 guests, it will upset certainly the leader to fill the form for 10 guests, collect all names, emails, ages, etc

    However, when unchecking the fields First name, Last name, Age, Email under 'Additional guest information' section makes the fields for Main guest (first name, last name, age, email) hidden as well so we have to add the custom questions.

  3. We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

  4. Currently the field Security Deposit Received in the Transaction reports shows by default the Security Deposit amount on the lead instead of the amount received. For instance, if we have received 0 for the Security Deposit this field will still show the Security Deposit amount instead of 0.
    We need a field that will actually show the amount received for the Security Deposit on the leads.

  5. We want the owner portal to show the exact number and not rounding it up. You rounded up $1287.75 to $1288, it causes us issues and our owners want complete transparency. 2 +2.1 is 4.1 not 4 or 5 ... seriously

  6. the cancellation policy updating in bulk is only available for Airbnb and VRBO on the property main setting. The cancellation policy on fee and policies tab is not available for update in bulk.

    I want to be able to update the cancellation policy for direct booking sites in bulk

  7. Enso states that the Vrbo inquiry must have an email attached. Enso is prepared for the fake email (as they don't have real ones unless booked) However, the current email reads a bunch of numbers, but doesn't have the @vrbo.com. The @ and the .com is what triggers Enso to be able to message the guest back through the platform

  8. Owner report can only have 2 sub reports, one is Booking/Financial/Revenue report and one is owner adjustments. When you run the report and choose the date range, both sub reports will run data of bookings within this time frame. Any data outside the date range can't be generated.

    However, we want to add more sub reports (e.g Year to Date financial report) there to generate the information OUTSIDE of the date range selected.

    Im summary, we want to select multiple date ranges for each sub report and show all those sub ones in 1 owner report only.

  14. Allow to modify the notification sent by Email setting => Forward all emails form inbox to Agency Email.

  15. I am interested in setting up a system where travel agencies and other external partners can earn a commission (for example, 3%) for referring guests directly to our properties managed through HostFully. This would be separate from any internal programs currently offered by HostFully.

  19. I would find it very helpful if the software had a spellchecking facility, whereby a word / grammer would be underlined showing the user there was a possible error. I have often rushed and responded quickly to messages to guests and realised after sending there was a small spelling error / mis-typed word. This can look unprofessional. There is probably one here!!!

  20. It would be great to be able to "replace" or "update" a single photo right at the photo you want to replace. This way I don't have to drag the new photo after uploading it all the way from the bottom, describe, tag it, and map it all over again.
    I'm always changing things out in a room and needing to re-shoot so my expectations remain as 'what you see, is what you get'
