  1. At the moment, reservation booked within 48 hours, and guest can choose the check-in time
    https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/3811657-partially-allow-booking-requests-on-airbnb

    The check-in time should be visible in the booking request that Airbnb sent, not in Hostfully system. Airbnb does not send anything explicitly to the host stating that the check-in time has changed; however, the reservation request Airbnb sent to the guest does include the check-in time.

    We need Hostfully to request this information thru the API and indicate it somewhere in Hostfully system so we can know before accept or decline the booking request as it's very important information to look at

  3. I would like for the Rental Conditions to always be visible on the direct booking website. Right now, it is only accessible during the check out flow when a guest is making a reservation. But I would like for it to always be visible, either in the direct booking site page itself, or as a url link that goes to another page that has it. Since I manage the Rental Conditions in Hostfully itself, I don't want to manage it / update it in a second place, too.

  5. Being able to update the equations on the dashboard would help hosts be able to focus on specifically what is relevant to their business. Additionally, the current equations do NOT correctly adjust for parent/child listings so the stats are always wrong.

  6. VRBO has a new feature where you can have different cancellation policies for different times of the year. How to a use this feature with Hostfully. VRBO won't let me edit the cancellation policy. It would be great to have ability to create cancellation policies for different period.

  9. It would be helpful if a warning message appeared when clicking 'Toggle Off' for Stripe, allowing users to confirm or cancel the action. Considering that once toggled off, reconnecting requires going through the entire setup again, which sometimes involves requesting a confirmation code from the owner.

  11. We want the ability to customize and add fields in Dashboard and Analytics pages, e.g adding Due Agency/Due Owner, Fees, etc. like we did with Reports. We're aware to use Reports but would like to see it in Dashboard and Analytics as well

  15. One Stripe email can have multiple account so it's hard to tell which account is connected to which property from Hostfully => Integration page. If we can see the Stripe account information such as name and account ID next to the property from Hostfully / Integration page, it could be helpful.

  16. Add a notification that pops up in the platform of when there's an office hours about to start, and include the meeting link to make it easier to jump into office hours. It may be nice to have a feature where that can be turned on/off.

  19. Regarding inbox system, if the guest already distributed to the our agent or staff, when we read that guest message, the notification on our agent or staff disappear? Isn't that should be still on our agent or staff access so they can still check their new messages?

  20. A host goes to the pipeline to make sure everything is done for the guest but the envelope only shows up when the check-in instructions are sent manually through the Pipeline. There should be an option to identify a trigger as the check-in instructions and for the envelope to show up when it is sent.
