  3. Apologize for my frustration, but owners need some kind of notification if messages don’t go out. The message wouldn’t be sent if it wasn’t important, so please let owners know your system is not working so they can resend. Thank you

  4. It would be great to have variables collecting information from the splash screen feature. This way introduction messages can be personalized for all guests based on the information they provide, this would make the guidebook personalized for everybody and not only for guests with secure links (ie. instead of the introduction saying "Hey there" could say "Hey Marcos" based on the first name they provide on the splash screen)

  5. it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message

  8. Regarding codes or discounts I'll try to explain again. So I'm interested only for Hostfully direct website. By Croatian law we must have the same price listed as in our price list in the accommodation but we can give as much discounts as we want. So for all other channels I already did that but I don't know how to do it in Hostfully. So on direct booking site I need to have the same price as Airbnb for example and then discount.   10. At the moment, we can only force sync at property level.

    let say i change my cancellation policy in all my listings and i did it with my bulk edit tool

    i have to click one by one in the sync button to push the update to Airbnb instantly.

    I'd like to force sync to multiple or all properties at once to save time

  12. If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.
    Orphan day comes up when minimum days of 2 or more comes up and there is a slot between bookings that cannot be booked because of the minimum days.

    PriceLabs has there solution for how to fill out the orphan days, but the told…

  16. I need to snooze a listing on Airbnb temporarily but I need the property show on Hostfully calendar to check upcoming bookings.

    However, snoozing the listing on Airbnb is overridden by Hostfully. The only way is deactivating the property in Hostfully but then I cannot view the bookings.

    It's really inconvenient.

  17. Hi team,

    At the moment, the system doesn't support splitting 2nd payment into 2 or more payments.

    As a workaround, users should:
    1. Create manual payment link from Stripe > send to the guest
    2. Once the guest pays, Record a payment manually from Pipeline
    3. When the 2nd payment is due, the payment link will be sent to the guest with the correct amount

    That seems like a very overly-complicated way to handle this very simple use case. We would love to have an option to bill card on file and apply to balance feature to the platform.

  19. It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.

    Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.
