  1. I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

  2. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

  3. I need the trigger condition of "if the rental agreement is NOT signed" to resend it, in the case where the booking is outside of the direct booking site (otherwise, the rental agreement has to be signed before proceeding to book).

  4. I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

  5. I love the analytic information added to the dashboard. I also enjoy the check in and check out on the dashboard for quick reference. It also is more clear than the pipeline if something is missing. But the only negative is when I realize that a step by the guest is missing and try to send a message reminding them to make a payment or fill out pre arrial information or sign the agreement, I have to go to the pipeline to do it. It would save time to be able to do it form the Dashboard. Thank you.

Send triggers that allow you to create a email you can send out to add a early check in or even an extra day based on calendar availability, For Ex: if an extra day is available at the end of a reservation 2 days before the reservation ends, I can send out an email that lets them at a day at a discounted rate to help book the calendar up, same goes for early and late checkouts and they can pay automatically and it adds the info to their reservation

    • Public Name in Hostfully only allows up to 49 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 50 characters. I can't type the 50th character in Hostfully.
    • Long Description in Hostfully allows up to 499 characters, while Airbnb allows up to 500 characters.

  11. It would be nice to have a place for a custom URL for a thank you page, so that after a guest makes a reservation and checks out they can be sent back to a custom direct booking site. This would be very useful for tracking conversions if you are running ads.

  14. Hostfully widget is a custom integration, this is why property manager cannot enroll in Chargeback Protection. Per this article "Stripe Checkout"  is a must

  17. I have different property IDs for master and sub-units, but still want to keep their master-sub relation in Hostfully. It would be great if we don't push Public name of the master listing as property title of my sub-units when they are connected in different property IDs.
