  2. Certain variables, such as [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$], [$TRANSACTIONID$],[$GUESTINFOURL$]- which leads to the pre-arrival form, and others are only functional in system templates. I'd like to be able to insert them into custom templates so that I can have more control over formatting, colors, branding, and when these messages are triggered.

  6. The current booking setting is set to booking request, however, we're using VacationRentPayment (VRP) and by design they charge guests immediately when they place the requests.

    We want to turn off triggers for only reservations that use VRP, so they don't get the check in informed, So that I can encourage them to cancel if it don't like the reservation.

    We want to add a trigger condition to distinguish the payment method

  8. Fee Information: Display all price and fees on all platforms. Minimum requirement is to show platform fee (e.g. OTA commission for Booking.com). A solution like Airbnb's fee breakdown would be good.

    Transactional Costs: Ideally, lead view should list transactional costs as a separate fee under platform commission. If not possible, include in notes section as an alternative. (currently it's only available in order details window)

  10. As the logo is so small, if there's text in the logo, the text is often almost impossible to see. Also, it may help if there were a separate logo field to upload the logo image for the direct booking site on the direct booking website tab, instead of pulling it from the agency settings. That way, we could select a logo maybe without text .

  18. be able to offer/provide a discount in either currency terms or percentage to any given properties or property over a designated period of time without the need to have to ask guests to apply a code or manually reduce the pricing which then doesn't show it as an offer/discount.

  19. I mean the code can be used for many bookings during the time periods as long as the booking is valid. But each user/email, when making a reservation, can only use that code once.
