  1. The old Order Page showed the reservation number for each trip - Airbnb, VRBO and Hostfully. This number is used to reconcile each order with the Stripe payments and reports. In the New Order Page, the reservation number is only listed for Airbnb trips. Is it possible to have the Reservation number added for VRBO and Hostfully bookings? Without the unique reservation number, it makes it challenging to match the trips to the payments if one guest books multiple properties for the same date.

  3. When a property is linked by ical from airbnb / vrbo etc we should be able to manually remove individual bookings. I import vrbo icals from 2 different owners (I can't switch to API) and when you import by ical you can't use the inbox. In my old PMS you could just delete any ical import and then enter the booking manually with the email address. My current workaround for this is to disconnect the vrbo ical whenever I get a new booking, enter the booking manually then reconnect to the vrbo ical. Super annoying and not to mention when…

  4. Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.

  5. Able to add Internal Guest Notes/Rating from App, Add our own custom items to rate (ex. check out procedures), and to add photos/videos to internal guest notes. Would be helpful to be able to review a guest in internal guest notes while at the homes during inspection period to assist in the review period and by saving the photos/videos in internal guest notes it would assist in any claims that would need to be made.

  6. When the connection between our platform and Booking.com fails, it can lead to disruptions in property availability, pricing, and booking management. This issue can result in lost reservations, inaccurate listings, and ultimately, a negative impact on revenue and customer satisfaction.

  7. On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

  8. Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC

    Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)

    However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

    In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

  9. Hello, is there a "variable" for the next check-in date? I am looking to put this in a message for my inspector/handyman, in stating the checkout of the current stay and including when the next check-in is, in case there is something to be fixed, he knows how much time he has to fix it.

  13. Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?

    The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

  20. We have customers that send inquiries and then don't come back to book. I'd like to send an automated email to follow up with them. This email should go out to customers that sent an inquiry but did not book. It should go out 3 days after their inquiry was made. So, if a customer made an inquiry and was sent a quote but 3 days later he still did not book, the email should be sent to that customer automatically (unless the lead was closed).
