Preserve Original Capitalization in City
Currently, the system automatically adjusts capitalization in property and city names, which can result in incorrect formatting. For example, “KLCC” is being displayed as “Klcc”.
This affects proper nouns, abbreviations, and branded names that rely on specific capitalization for accuracy and professionalism.
Requested Enhancement:
Maintain the original capitalization entered by users for all city and location fields, without automatic adjustments to letter case.1 vote -
Add Booking.com and Vrbo listing IDs to API
Currently, the property endpoint returns the Airbnb ID but not Booking.com or Vrbo IDs. Also, the property-channel-links endpoint only includes channels like Homads, Vacaymyway, Golightly and Hometogo (if any)
It would be beneficial if the API could return Booking.com and Vrbo property IDs as well, since they're major platforms many of us use. This would make it much easier to manage listings across channels through automation.

Ability to set custom booking window (e.g., 60 days)
A user would like to set the booking window to exactly 60 days, but the current dropdown only allows preset options (1, 3, 6 months, etc.)
Request: To allow custom booking windows (exact number of days) in addition to the preset options. This will give property managers more flexibility in controlling booking availability according to their operational needs

Adjust booking type based on length of stay is not available at the moment.
I would like to know if it’s possible to adjust the booking type depending on the length of stay. For example, if guests wish to book for one week or longer, they can make an instant booking. However, if the stay is only for a weekend or less than seven days, it should be a request, and we would then send an offer.

Separate listing name for booking.com
Please allow us to separately configure listing name for different channels. In this case, we need our property names on booking.com different to airbnb. For example, on booking.com, it's more reasonable to use our brand name and property name, e.g. La Gente @ Pavilion Embassy, whereas for airbnb, it is more sensible to use highlights and features, e.g. 3R2B Luxury High Floor KLCC Pavilion Embassy 600MBPS

Ability to set beds under "studio" room instead of "living room" for where you'll sleep section
Add the ability to select “Studio” as a sleeping area type within Hostfully so that the bed setup syncs correctly to Airbnb without defaulting to “Living Room.”

Able to close hold expired leads
Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.
