  6. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.

  11. If the properties are numbered so we can see them listed in numerical value. Currently, if properties are numbered 1-15, for example, they will show as 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. Can the system recognize the actual number value instead putting 10 after 1?

  12. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

  13. We have the fee that is deducted directly from Rent in Enhanced Reporting for each booking. The issue is this fee is different per property so we have to create several reports for property or group of properties based on the fee which is pretty inconvenient and we cannot have an overview of all properties.

    If there is feature where we can create formula for fee per booking based on property condition, it would be great

  14. The calendar on our booking site shows certain dates in a darker blue color, indicating that check-in is not allowed for specific listings. However, this may not be clear to our guests and could discourage them from booking a longer stay. It would be helpful to display a message informing them that these dates are still available for booking, which may encourage them to consider a longer stay instead of giving up on those dates.

  16. the calendar list not staying expanded as it used to. It's definitely annoying to have to expand everything again each time you refresh the calendar (this limitation only applied to units for Multi-Unit Properties)

  17. I have a host account in hostfully but have another coallegue that wants me to collaborate with one of his listings. He also have hostfully and cant add me. I think is because we both have hostfully accounts but I need to be able to see his hostfully callendar at least bc i run his cleanings. It would be very helpful bc some hosts collaborate with each other and I need to see his bookings

  18. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.
