Default color for the Booking Widget and have it apply to all properties.
There should be a way to define a default color for the Booking Widget and apply it to all properties. Instead of having to define it one property at a time.

Customize and Add fields in Analytics
We want the ability to customize and add fields in Dashboard and Analytics pages, e.g adding Due Agency/Due Owner, Fees, etc. like we did with Reports. We're aware to use Reports but would like to see it in Dashboard and Analytics as well

Ability to set LOS discount for direct booking site only
I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.
Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.

Pricelabs Integration Request: Dynamic Minimum Stay Rules Based on Booking Dates
PM wants to integrate with the PriceLabs feature that allows dynamic minimum stay rules based on booking dates. For example: a minimun stay of 3 nights if booked within 30 days, and 5 nights if booked more than 30 days in advance.

Report - allow booking source for booking from Rental United
Reservations from Rental United appear in Pipeline as "booked on Booking.com via Rental United" or "Booked on Expedia via Rental United". However, these information is not showing in report, they only appear as Rental United under Channel name or Affiliate name fields.
Those information will be helpful for us to analysis the booking data and conversion from each channel.

Create a trigger with a condition to apply just to "upcoming bookings"
I would like to set up ne email triggers ot send messages 90 days or less to guests for a listing. However, I am noticing that if I set this new trigger up, it is sending the messages to existing reservations. I only want to them to send to new reservations as the message will impact the guests expectations and experience. How is this not a feature to control???

Allow text triggers to use email templates
Right now you can only create a text trigger using a text template. However, you can manually send a text message using an email template. If you could use an email template with a text trigger it would cut down on the number of templates you need to create. Thank you.

Support on shortening unique ID of property.
This is for Government Content tenancy of Short term Rentals Data Guidelines for Platform in British Columbia. Unfortunately the unique ID sent on the form needs to have at least 25 characters

Support for AB2202 Compliance – Pre-Booking Display of Cleaning/Checkout Tasks
Starting July 1, 2025, California AB2202 requires short-term rental operators to disclose cleaning and checkout tasks before a guest confirms a booking.
Currently, Vrbo provides a way to add this information directly in their dashboard. However, there is no way to set or display these tasks on the Hostfully platform, including for the Direct Booking Site or through channel integrations.
Please add functionality that allows property managers to create a list of cleaning/checkout tasks associated with each property

Improve automatic reservation reallocation for overlapping dates
When a shorter reservation is assigned to a unit that later needs to accommodate a longer reservation, the system should automatically reallocate the shorter stay to another available so the longer one can be fulfilled in full and not halfway. This would optimize occupancy and help ensure that longer, potentially higher-value reservations are not blocked. Without this logic, overlapping reservations might lead to cancellations and penalties for hosts. Adding this feature would improve efficiency and prevent unnecessary conflicts.

In the Owners list, she'd like to see Owner's, mailing address, phone, which properties (property names) this person owns.

Prorated Property Reports
Currently, the values of columns Rent/Fees/Property Total Taxes/Total Revenue in the Property reports are the full amount of the bookings. It would be nice to have their prorated values as well

Add inbox analytics to reporting
Our team is trying to see when we receive the most messages to put together a schedule for our employees that makes sense. Knowing how many messages we receive in a week or weekend will allow us to know how many team members should be on at once to assist guests.
