  1. At the moment, the system is designed to display the rent and fees breakdown in sections. On the order page, we will find sections that outline the rental cost, taxes, and any additional fees, as well as the total amount. The bolded sections represent the total amount, and the breakdown will be listed under each section.

    However, if we have only 1 fee under the Fees section. It will be showing like the guests are being charged twice. While the math is correct, the customer experience of seeing two line items for fees is compromising the experience.

  4. When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.

    1. Click Add lead
    2. Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
    3. Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

  7. a guest has gone in to book online the payment has been taken and processed through stripe but the booking has not gone through. Dates are not blocked and neither them nor us have recived any confirmation. This is becoming a bit of a worry as it's 3 guests now. They have all said the browser was open for ages after as they were waiting for confirmation.

  8. Previously we were able to use a format in the property URLs that automatically added the discount code for the user. Now this type of format does not work anymore. We would like to have the ability to send discounted rates to the customers adding the discount codes to the property URLs.

  11. I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.

    Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

  12. The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.

    To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

  14. Can you PLEASE set up an integration with Rental Guardian? They provide great insurance for short-term rental hosts and guests. They will also provide insurance for properties in Canada now too. Everything you currently have is for US only (I have called them). As a Canadian Host, I would really like to have a seamless way to have extra coverage for my direct bookings.

  15. At the moment, I couldn't create an automated message that goes out to guests between the hours of 10pm - 8 am.

    The idea being that I'd like to have some "off hours" in my business..
    So if a guest messages us during "off hours" then an automated message goes out to them and says something like "thank you for checking in with us. We are away from our desk right now. If you have any issues we will answer them promptly at 7am. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call _____"

  18. We currently use the generalized setting where any booking for two days gets 20% off and any booking for 3 days or more gets 30% off. Is there anty way we can get hostfully to create a setting for us to discount the multinight stays during weekdays only and avoid giving adiscount for Friday, and Saturdays?

    This setting is a multinight discount, for any day. We do not want a multinight discount for anyday, we would like a multinight discount for certain days such as Mon, Tues, wed, ad Thursday

  19. When sending texts along with a pic to an Airbnb guest, it shows an error "Internal server error". We'd have to contact support to find out it's not possible to send pics along with texts. It'd be easier for us to troubleshoot when there's a more detailed error messaging showing, as "Internal server error" might be confusing and cause some misunderstanding.
