  1. like I said, I understand that. But whoever at Hostfully negotiates with Airbnb, if they could ask for that to change, that would make a difference in being able to book these Airbnb referrals. It doesn’t do us any good to know after the fact when the customers are questioning their total fees before booking and we have no idea what those are. I hope that makes sense to you now.

  4. Have the ability to set at least one of the description fields by channel. For example, if I want to put something in my description to show on Vrbo and my Direct Booking site, but NOT on Airbnb, it would be great to have the ability to show/hide specific content to specific channels.

  5. I would like to be able to remove the check-in restriction created by Turn Over Days setting in Main Settings for a specific date. When I go to Pricing tab and untick the check-in restriction, it can't be removed.

  7. The channel rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rate and not the extra guest fee.

    This may create some inconvenience for us and our property listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com. We would be more than happy if this feature is taken into account.

  8. Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
    Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.
    But it won't convert. So - I have to cancel the block, and am nervous during that few mins that someone could block a date on a channel and mess up the booking!

    Simple fix would be to allow to covert a Block to hold or booking, so it never goes unavailable for someone to grab while…

    Would you please provide more information about this request? We do not find information about this capability in Airbnb, and would need to better understand the charging scheme you would like to apply to cleaning fees depending on the length of stay. Thanks.

  14. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.

    Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.
