  2. I got this error "Internal server error" when adding an owner. It turns out the email has already been added as an owner, or was previously used in another role (guest, service provider, etc.). I would like a more user-friendly error such as "The email has been taken" or something so that I know how to fix it without the need to ask support.

  3. t would be very useful if Hostfully reports could be managed by region or business branch. For example, one team member could manage reports for properties in Mexico, while another manages reports for properties in the USA.

    Ideally, the reports would appear as coming from two separate business entities, so that “HeusHaven USA” and “HeusHaven MX” can each have their own set of company reports. This would allow teams responsible for different regions to manage and access their reporting independently, while keeping reporting organized and accurate for each branch.

  4. My husband and I both own our rentals and both of us need full access to the site. He currently has to log into Hostfully under my email because as an "owner", he can not access everything.

  8. Currently, my rates are synchronized through Hostfully, and I do not have access to the calendar panel in VRBO. This means I can only configure pricing within Hostfully.

    However, Hostfully only allows mapping a single rate plan to VRBO. As a result, guests can only see and book one price option.

    Use Case Example:
    I manage a property where I would like to offer two different rate plans:
    Standard Rate Plan
    Price: €100
    Includes standard cancellation policy (eligible for refund under defined conditions)
    Non-Refundable Rate Plan
    Price: €70
    Fully non-refundable (no refund if the guest cancels)

  9. Currently, if there is a refund on Marriott, it is not reflected on Hostfully booking, causing a discrepancy in the booking value between both platforms. It would be great if the refund amount were automatically reflected in the Hostfully booking whenever a refund transaction occurs on Marriott.

    - Current behavior: For Airbnb guest, the send button is only available once a message is received from the guest or if the host sends a direct message from Airbnb to the guest.

    => I want this button should always available after guest booked, no matter if the guest or I sent anything yet. So when a guest on Airbnb does an instant book, I don't have to leave Hostfully to reply.

  12. When manually creating a reservation, add ability to specify a different down payment then the default. The use case is to use when making a longer than usual reservation and offering the repeat guest a lower initial down payment....such as offering 20% and the rest 80% 50 days before check-in.

  14. My company manages the breakfast logistics for PM's guests. Currently, we are working with their team to fully automate the order flow from Booking.com to our delivery system, removing the need for manual data entry by the property managers.

    We have identified that the "Rate Plan Name" (specifically determining if a reservation is "Breakfast Included") is visible in the Reservation Details as well as the Hostfully Enhanced Reports.

    To complete the automation integration, we need to access this specific data point via API.

  17. It would be nice if the service provider could open a booking, review the notes under the Lead Details section, and configure the beds accordingly based on the information provided there.

    Currently, this workflow no longer functions as it did before, and it has impacted operational efficiency. It would be great to have the ability for service providers to easily view booking notes and configure the beds based on the details included in the Lead Details notes field.

  18. We need a reporting variable that returns accommodation revenue earned by stay date within the reporting period (sum of nightly rates for those dates) instead of ADR-prorated totals. Without this, cross-month extensions retroactively change closed accounting periods and owner statements.

    Because revenue is currently prorated using blended ADR, any cross-month reservation that is later modified retroactively changes revenue in already-closed accounting periods; we need a reporting field that recognizes accommodation revenue by stay date (sum of nightly charges in the period) so closed months remain financially stable.

  20. Looking for a way you can include the tax collected when the payment is sent to Stripe? There is not a good way to track tax collected in the reports section there.

    Stripe support suggestion is to add fields like:

    taxamount: Total tax collected
    tax
    rate: Tax rate percentage
    tax_jurisdiction: State/region where tax applies
    subtotal: Pre-tax amount

    How This Would Work
    When Hostfully creates Payment Intents for your bookings, they would include the metadata:
