  1. We have many returning guests or extending stays. Every time we have to fill all the guest data again manually.
    At the previous PMS systems we were use to just choose from the client database and it filled in all data that we had already inserted when the guest came 1st time.

    The system offered the list of most current guests with the starting letters that we had inserted or choice to search in guest database

    Introduce configurable resolution transaction line items that allow Airbnb (and other OTA) resolution amounts to be split into distinct, clearly defined entries for accurate reporting and trust accounting integrations. This should also apply to cancelled reservations with partial payments, where manual allocation is often required.

    PROBLEM
    Resolution amounts and partial payments from cancelled reservations are currently recorded as single transactions. This does not allow separation between owner revenue, manager revenue, or mixed allocations, which is required for compliant trust accounting and accurate financial reporting.

  5. Currently, users can generate owner reports for either: A single month, or
    a custom date range spanning multiple months

    However, when generating a report for a multi-month period (for example, December–February), the data is aggregated into one combined report. There is no way to view or export the same report with a clear separation of data by month within that period. I'd like to have an option to split owner reports by month when generating a report for a multi-month period.

  7. Currently, Hostfully billing is only available in USD. For customers operating outside the United States, particularly in markets like Australia, this creates additional challenges such as currency conversion fees, fluctuating exchange rates, and more complex accounting.

    It would be incredibly valuable for Hostfully to support billing in additional currencies, starting with AUD, with the ability to expand to other commonly used currencies (EUR, GBP, CAD, etc.). This would significantly improve the experience for international customers, simplify accounting and reconciliation, and better support Hostfully’s growing global user base.

  9. It would be helpful to have the option to add custom notes or comments to jobs that are automatically created by the system. Currently, there is no way to include job-specific instructions or context when the job is generated automatically. This feature would improve clarity and communication for teams handling auto-created jobs.

  10. City tax in many countries in europe is charged PER ADULT and not per person therefore city tax is calculated incorrectly.
    Adding an option per adult per day would solve the problem instantly.

  12. Allow people to purchase gift certificates with a code that can be applied directly to the booking. When they buy a gift certificate, we ask a few questions: the amount, the recipient's information, and a gift certificate is emailed with a unique code that is used directly when booking. The certificate is tax-free at the time of purchase but taxable at the time of booking. You'd be surprised how many sales you lose annually with these certificates. We circumvent the payment system in other ways, but it's not useful.

  13. When we create a task for a chalet, we see a blue bubble. It would be great if, when we hover the arrow over the bubble, a pop-up bubble appeared with the name of the person who will be performing the service, just like with reservations. When we hover the arrow over the reservation, the name appears quickly. I often need to know who is responsible for chalet maintenance, and I always have to go through a long process to find out. This would be much simpler.

  14. Booking.com now supports automatically adding a nightly additional amount for guests with pets. They do this using “value add” rates. I’d like to be able to create this pet rate, but my connection to Hostfully is preventing me from doing so. Please fix this issue so that I can seamlessly charge Booking.com guests extra for their pets.

  16. We want a report to show all current fees applied to a property in Property reports. Basically, if we have 200 properties, I want a report to show which fees (e.g Linen fee) is applied to each property and the fee amount.
    If running a Fee report or Financial report, it only shows the fees applied to a specific booking, while I want it to show at property level, not a booking level.

  18. We need to have notifications sent to hosts when the guest has not signed the rental agreement. We have signature on the rental agreement as a requirement before check in details with the door code can be sent but there is no notification if it doesn't get signed. We want to eliminate the issue of a guest showing up to the property with no way to start their stay.   19. Currently, reports list bookings under the Master unit name, but do not group or display them under the corresponding multi-unit property name. This makes it difficult to identify which reservations belong to which multi-unit property, especially when managing several units within the same complex.
