  2. I'd like to see the ability to create discount codes that are only valid for reservations of a specific number of nights. So if we wanted to offer a special of a "3rd night free", we could create a discount code that could do this.

  3. It isn't clear to me how you can define a parent and child listing in hostfully, but cannot map relationship to remotelock. Currently a parent listing that has two child listings in hostfully cannot integrate seamlessly with remotelock. This is because you can only add a single lock to a listing.

    This feature works when using remotelock with airbnb directly. Meaning, you are able to add multiple locks to a single listing when integrating airbnb to remotelock.

    This is extremely important otherwise, the workaround would be to add one listing and to manually add the other listing on remotelock each…

  4. Currently if a new channel is added, you have to delete a fee/tax and add it again as new to include the new chanel.

    We should be able to edit this information as we do with any other content.

    In addition, it would be nice to be able to apply globally fees/tax settings for new channels as they arise.

    As it is now, every new channel we have to delete and read a tax and fee on EVERY listing.

  5. Pre arrival form should not pre-fill guest email ID. This is most likely the Airbnb ID and then guests don't enter their own non-Airbnb ID. This defeats the purpose of asking guest to enter their email for direct booking.

  7. Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

  9. It would be great to have complex trigger options for "not" completing pre-arrival form or rental agreement.

    Also to have the actions "not" sending check-in instructions if they don't complete them.

    I have a hard time remembering to constantly check my pipeline to see if people haven't paid. It would be nice to know there was a safety net in place in case I don't catch it. And if you dont send them their check-in instructions, they will most definitely give you what you need.

  10. I use [$LEADDEPARTURETIME$] in multiple automated triggers to remind guest of their upcoming check out time.
    Normal time is 11:00am but we do allow for later at times.
    When I use the variable, it just says "11:00" in military time and "13:00" for 1pm.
    The issue is since most are 11:00am.. and it just shows 11:00, guest could push it and you said 11:00, we assumed 11:00pm!
    I could hardcode "AM" in the text, but then when we allow for a late checkout in the afternoon, it would say ex: "13:00AM"... kinda odd.

  11. Would be wonderful to be able to edit and customize access for team members, currently you can only set:

    Manager - Full access
    Booking agent - pipeline, calendar...
    Property sales manager - property and owner creation
    Associate - view mode only

    Having customized access could give more control over who can access certain properties / features.

  12. It would be really helpful to be able to select a timeframe for the discount - ie. Stay 7 nights and receive % discount.

    Also to be able to apply the discount to particular houses as not all our property owners like to offer discounts

  13. If there are dates available to extend the stay (either before or after the dates that the guest initially chose), create the possibility to notify the guest at the last minute, so that they can easily extend their stay if there are available dates before the next guest's booking starts.

  14. Right now Airbnb messages are coming in sometimes when a property manager imports a property from Airbnb, even if they have not turned that property to “on” in the Airbnb channel.

    Another case is that, when a PM connects to an Airbnb account but only imports and manages one, not all, listings in that account. Nevertheless, Airbnb messages from other listings not managed by them show up in Inbox without property and reservation details.

    We would like for Airbnb messages to only start appearing in the Inbox when the property managers goes to Channels / Airbnb and turns “on” that…

  15. Similar requests have been made on this portal, and marked as "functionality already exists." However no explanation has been provided, and as far as I can tell there is no documentation on how to accomplish this.

    There is a way to add tags to guests in the "my-clients" page, but this tag does not seem to do anything. It is not visible on the guests reservation, and is not a filterable variable for reporting, or a triggerable element for messaging. Therefore the ability to simply tag guests is entirely worthless.

  16. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  17. I want the messages from PMP to Airbnb guests to look like they are coming from my company, not from the owner account.

  18. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link
