  1. A change log history for which shows which agent:
    - accepted the booking
    - communicated when
    - changed booking details
    - adjusted dates
    - changed price
    - cancelled a booking
    - changed property data
    - deactivated properties, channels, integrations

    Basically a history log for all bookings.
    Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.

  2. Sometimes Cleaner 1 is not available to clean Unit A. When I look at Unit A's calendar for "June", I want to be able to assign some of the cleans to Cleaner 1 and some assigned to Cleaner 2. I don't believe this is possible.

  5. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

  8. Hi there. I'm using Stripe as a payment processor. I have added a Credit card processing fee 4% but it is only applies to RENT but not to all amount like Cleaning fee, taxes or pet fee, etc. I end up paying hundreds of dollars out of my pocket every month plus I receiving questions from the owners.

  9. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  10. I'd like to see the ability to create discount codes that are only valid for reservations of a specific number of nights. So if we wanted to offer a special of a "3rd night free", we could create a discount code that could do this.

  14. Support multiple rate plans for Booking.com connection.

    We would like to set up a 60day cancellation policy for booking.com meaning that we can refund up to 60 days in advance ? It would be great to offer this along with a non refundable option if possible on booking.com.

    We also want to send the pricing rules at the bottom of the pricing tab to Booking.com

  15. AIrbnb now has PHOTO TOUR.

    In Hostfully it appears to map from "Where you will Sleep" in a photo.
    Which is very confusing as it's no longer just where you will sleep. (hence why I wasn't using it).
    It is now a way to setup the Photo Tour.
    If you set it up directly on Airbnb, the next sync will override it and it will be undone.
    Every ROOM must have a photo tagged to it before Airbnb will show the actual Photo Tour.
    Can you update the description to show Photo Tour Mapping not where you will sleep and…

  16. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  17. Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

  19. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link

  20. As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.
