  1. It should be that regardless of the name, the "type" should drive the classification. Something to consider. In this case, the name of the tax per the state is literally Hawaii's "Green Fee" so my preference is to be able to call it that. In the meantime, I changed 'fee' to 'tax' in the description. It seems to have took!

    If you do change it so that the type drives the classification, please let me know because I'd like to change it back.

  2. I would like to have the ability to change or modify reservations placed on the Vrbo platform in particular, and have the total fees recalculate automatically to streamline the process and to replicate the capabilities on the Vrbo site.

    Currently, the host is required to manually recalculate the new total pricing (room rate, taxes, fees, etc.) when guests would like to modify their reservations to add days to their existing reservation. On the Vrbo site, when the host is not connected to Hostfully, the host can simply change the dates and the new total pricing for guests will be automatically…

  3. It would be very useful to have the option to combine the condition "day of the week" with another condition where the trigger is fired every X days.

    In my case, I would like to send out a message every other week. I have a trash collection schedule that alternates between trash one week and trash and recycling the following week. I created two separate templates that provide instructions for my guest who are scheduled to stay over the designate collection day of the week. I want to be able to provide them with clear instructions.

    • Current behavior: That’s expected behavior with our QuickBooks Online integration: a Sales Receipt is created for a reservation only once the reservation is paid in full. Context: Partially paid reservations (like an initial deposit) won’t push to QuickBooks until the final payment is made, so you can be months between the deposit and the receipt showing up.

    So the “issue” is that QuickBooks won’t reflect the deposit timing for reconciliation, even though Stripe deposits the money to your bank as payments happen.

  7. Right now Vrbo also allows BLT. But the requirement is different with Airbnb.
    For Vrbo: they only allow same-day booking If the booking lead time is under or equal to 12 hours: your Vrbo guests can make same-day reservations.

    => no negative value.

    While Airbnb allows negative value to allow guests to book after check-in date and same day.

    Could you help to try to separate this BLT field for each channel so we can do the negative value for each channel.

  8. Add in the pipeline a status for the screening result to know if it's approved, flaged or rejected.

    It's important for PMs to have an easy way to identify the status of the screening, this way they can avoid having to enter to each reservation, go to the screening tab and looking into the status. Having the status in the pipeline will save time for them

  9. Add "guest tag" to filter in Pipeline or Inbox. I given guests the tag "infants" both through All Customers in the pipeline and through Lead Details. When i do a search of that tag in the pipe line no guests show up

    We would love to see a dedicated field for 30-day/monthly pricing within the property settings.

    Currently, many 30+ day booking channels calculate the monthly rate by multiplying the nightly rate by 30. This often results in an unrealistically high monthly price that is not competitive and discourages potential guests from booking.

    Having a dedicated monthly pricing field would allow property managers to:

    Set an accurate monthly rate for mid-term stays.
    Ensure integrated booking channels display the intended 30-day price.

  14. Currently, using FRACTION_EARNED booking charges across reporting periods, including one-time fees such as cleaning fees.

    It would be helpful to have an option to keep one-time fees (e.g., cleaning fees) in the first reporting period only, while continuing to prorate rent across the reservation dates.

  15. Currently, scheduled trigger messages apply to all reservations or guests that meet the trigger conditions. It would be very helpful to have the option to create a scheduled trigger message for one specific guest or reservation only.

    For example, if one guest needs a reminder to upload a corrected ID, has a special request, needs custom arrival information, or is celebrating a birthday, the host could schedule that message for that individual reservation without affecting all other guests.

    Once the message is sent, the individual trigger should expire automatically.

    Hosts using the VRBO integration are unable to maintain pet-related house rules configured directly in VRBO because Hostfully does not currently support the corresponding fields. As a result, pet settings entered in VRBO are overwritten during synchronization.

    Customer Impact:
    VRBO allows hosts to specify important pet policy details within House Rules, including:

    • Number of pets allowed
    • Pet size or weight restrictions
    • Additional pet-specific requirements or limitations

It would be beneficial for service providers to view jobs categorized by type within the app. Although I manage multiple services under a single provider, the app currently displays all services together, requiring me to click on each one individually to understand its details. Additionally, organizing jobs by date could improve usability.

    For example, in the "Upcoming" section, there could be a main entry for June 28, containing subfolders for each specific service. Within these subfolders, the corresponding jobs would be listed.
