  1. When there's an existing role (owner / guest / service provider) and they accidentally or not try to create a new PM account, the system should not change an existing role's email automatically (+xxx), or at least should notify the role / associating PM about such change.

  2. I would like to provide feedback on the Financial Reports section in Reports. When utilizing the Enhanced Reports, it is necessary to run it for an overview. However, I believe that with the Financial Report tab, you can simply choose a date range to view a list of reservations, including the booking breakdowns. This is a more convenient option.

    If there is a feature to select the date type of booked date and stay date, it would greatly improve the usefulness of this section.

  4. Would it be possible to forward messages from a guest who booked through an external site to Hostfully?
    I'm referring to the Create Message endpoint: https://dev.hostfully.com/v3.0/reference/createmessage-1.
    Could you provide suggestions on whether the Create Message endpoint could support sending messages with a status of "CREATED"? Currently, it only supports "SENT," which is always treated as sent by the property owner/manager.

  8. In email templates, the day of the week and month abreviations are in English, also to French recipients. It should be translated into the template language.

    On top of that, the date and month are inverted for us European. It's very confusing and makes us sound like a foreign automated company.

    See attached printscreen: it should say "du mercredi 16 juillet 2025 au dimanche 27 juillet 2025"

  10. There are many integrations (and channels). Every time you add a new property, you have to go through a long list looking for those that are enabled, then manage the settings and update to add the new property. If the list of integrations was sorted, it would be much easier to just go through them one by one and add the new property. Same thing with channels.

    Even better would be an option to turn on ALL enabled channels/integrations for a new property.

  12. I have over 30 templates and it's getting difficult to organize, see what we really needs, identify double communication, etc... It would be great to have the ability to sort them, or organize in custom folders, just like in an inbox.

  15. Compiled Monthly report:

    We would like to see revenue by month to assess how we are adjusting rates month by month.

    A generic report that allows the listing of Revenue (rent or total rent options) by month to see revenue trends -all in one report- would be really helpful.

  16. When creating a new tax under the fees and policies tab we can select the option for "long term stay exemption" but after the tax was created we cannot see if we have selected the exemption on the tax details or not.
    It would be very useful to see this with the info of the tax.

  18. At the time of payment, the client is binding himself by the terms and conditions of the rental agency, not the platform on which the transaction happens (Hostfully). The T&Cs of the agency should be readily available via a link to be visited should the clients want to check. If necessary, Hostfully may also want to display their privacy rules about handling personal and financial data, but this should be presented separately.

  20. Can we please sort these in to different tabs. Every time an owner gets sent an automated email for a new booking it shows up in the top of my inbox. Completely unnecessary and bumps more important guest communication down. But having a tab for just Owner messages would allow me to find the owner message thread so much quicker
