  1. Minimum price for stay, not minimum nights.

    It would be awesome to set a minimum price for a stay. Give a minimum $ value for a booking regardless how long the stay is. So if I want $3000 minimum, a stay could be 2, 3, 4 nights (whatever you want your minimum to be), the minimum price could kick in if the regular price for those 1,2,3,4 nights is less than $3000. I’ve been asking pricelabs for this too, with no avail.

  2. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name.   6. I want to centralize the sync options in one location so I won't have to manage my listings in both Hostfully and Booking.com. For instance, I can handle mobile discounts in Hostfully, but promotions and deals must be managed through Booking.com. Next, it would be helpful if the user interface clearly indicated what is being overridden by Hostfully and what is not. At the moment, there are only some channel icon indicators next to certain fields. For example, Facilities and Services are overridden by Hostfully, while Promotions and Deals are not.     The event New message in inbox is working for action sending email only.

    As a host, I want this event works for channel message as well.

    It helps to cover the scenario:
    When the guest sent me a message, I want to be able to trigger to fire a automatically acknowledge message to guest. (Ex: I have received your message and will get back soon etc) when you received their message.

    => It helps to save the responding time in my account. (Airbnb has reviewed the host responding time)

    If guests enter the telephone numbers with double code, it will be imported with the wrong format.

  16. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.

  19. Force 100% payment for lead in confirmed status to support guests who want to pay all in advance.

    Here's why: Property Setting is 50% of payment at reservation time and balance due at 30 days before check-in date. The guest wants to pay 100% in advance for the booking checks in in 39 days. When I update the setting from 50% to 100%, the payment link still applies the previous rule. If there is an option to force 100% payment before the balance due date, that would be great.

    When filtering available properties based on a certain period, the calendar shows all properties that have no leads or blocks on the requested dates. However, when I choose to email the property list, fewer or no properties show up in the email. This is because the properties might have other availability restrictions such as minimum stay, turnover rules, booking lead time, and check-in or check-out restrictions.
