  5. We are finding that some guests will upload a selfie or a piece of ID without a photo (even after explaining this in the message.)
    Currently, we have to contact Hostfully to reset the pre arrival form as we cannot reset it or request that the guest complete it again.

  6. At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".

    The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

    We want the Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates

  7. If I have
    - tag A for property 1
    - tag B for property 2
    => When searching on calendar filter for tag A and B on the dropdown list.
    => Property 1, 2 should be presented on the result.

  11. I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.

  12. Since the Inbox is the place I spend most of my time, it would be very helpful if the reservation details in this panel were accurate.

    It currently shows the standard checkin time of the property, which might not be accurate. I'd like to see the arrival/departure time in Stay details tab in the Inbox page.

  13. I have different property IDs for master and sub-units, but still want to keep their master-sub relation in Hostfully. It would be great if we don't push Public name of the master listing as property title of my sub-units when they are connected in different property IDs.

  17. When activated, the minimum price rule does not seem to generate the desired prices.

    We have a 2-night minimum across the portfolio, but choose to activate the "minimum price rule" so that website users can choose a 1-night stay if they are willing to pay the 2-night rate. However, the price shown for a 1-night stay always seems to be higher (sometimes significantly higher) than the price for the same stay extended to 2-nights. Something is off.

  18. We want to make sure we cover our bases if something were to occur with a visiting pet, but we don't want an overkill. For example, a week long stay will now be $275 pet fee (with $25/nt). If someone stays a month, $25/nt seems excessive.

  20. We're using the discount code option of the direct booking site with all of our direct bookings. We have several discount codes out in the marketplace that we give to our partners for their members to use to book a stay at our properties. We would like to be able to track each Guest's booking back to the partner organization they came from, which we can not do currently. We could easily accomplish this if the "Discount Code" entered during check out was included with each Guests Booking Profile and available as a variable data report for us to drop…
