The situation occurs when a booking imported from Rental United does not have a source, such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc. This also happens when there are bookings from other offline sources such as travel agency, etc. We can add tags on the lead modal but cannot pull it into Enhanced Reporting.

    There are only two fields which are Guest tags and Tag (hasTag), none of them can pull the tag we add from the lead modal. It would be great if there is a field to support that so we can have more information in the report for further analysis.

  3. The new DBS is generating a very long property URL link.

    We need it to be shorter, as a shorter more precise link will not only make it easier to share with others, it is less likely to be considered a fraudulent or spam link, and will also assist with SEO.

  4. There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.

    For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

  5. But I hope that Hostfully in the future will allow PriceLabs to push their length of stay to Hostfully. Pricelabs feature have more options in this area.

  6. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

  9. On the property fees and policies tab, under property expectations, it shows the Airbnb and Hostfully icon. However, these expectations do not appear on the Hostfully direct booking website. This is an Airbnb feature only. Can we remove the Hostfully icon here so it is not confusing/misleading?

  13. When adding a new lead, the default is set to On Hold. This is a really item to miss. It would be better to NOT have a default here, and do not allow a lead to be saved until one of the options is selected. This will force people to make sure they are choosing the correct setting for each new lead.

  14. Modify the default area code in the Client Information (Lead Detail) to match our location instead of the US code, as not all of our users are based in the US and the majority of our bookings come from within our country.

  17. When I get a lead or inquiry through channels, I get an email notifying me. However, when I get a lead or inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully, I don't get notified of this. How is that possible. Is there a way that we can get a text or email when we get a lead/inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully?

As a paying customer I need to have the information about my subscription charges, I need to understand when is the subscription expiring, what is my balance and how much extra I am paying for adding the properties. By not having a transparent information and not having access to it, I don't have trust to the platform, it is difficult to plan and budget my expenses. It benefits both users and platform to have transparency and
    honesty. This is critical information that should be easily accessible to the users
