Expanded User Role Functionality for Owners within Portfolio
I’d like to propose an enhancement to the current user role functionalities — specifically geared toward owner users on the platform.
We currently use Hostfully to manage a growing portfolio of properties, and we’d love to offer more tailored access to owners whose properties are part of our ecosystem. This would allow us to increase cross-utilization, streamline internal coordination, and maintain operational control.

Support for Monthly Pricing Structure
We would like the ability to set a flat monthly rate for properties, rather than relying solely on nightly rates. This would allow guests to book accommodations on a monthly basis at a fixed price (e.g., $2,100/month), which is especially useful for mid- to long-term stays.

Guest Sentiment Report with AI Insights
We’d love a feature in Hostfully that pulls guest messages and reviews across all properties into one centralized report, essentially a “Guest Sentiment” dashboard. The goal is to help property managers and owners identify patterns, recurring issues, and areas of praise in guest communication.

Right now, there’s no streamlined way to analyze guest feedback across multiple properties. Guest referral program
I am interested in setting up a system where travel agencies and other external partners can earn a commission (for example, 3%) for referring guests directly to our properties managed through HostFully. This would be separate from any internal programs currently offered by HostFully.

Add trigger to check if on check in day there is also checkout
Would be cool to add option to send message based on if there is checkout on same day as the checkin. it can be useful to use it to update guest whether they can check in early.. also it can nice to have similar trigger for check in on same day of checkout to check if they can checkout later

Display the report name when previewing
Currently, when clicking on the HTML or PDF run reports, we will see the name in the browser is 'TEST' instead of the report name.
I would like it to show up the name of the report when previewing.

More sample response in API doc besides 200
I'd love to possible error responses (e.g., when a cancellation fails) to be included in the API documentation.
At the moment, it looks like only the successful 200 status is documented, so having details on other response scenarios could be really helpful for integration and error handling.

Generate an all-in-one owner report for my properties
I want to run an all-in-one owner report using Enhanced reporting. I want to include ALL owners in 1 report instead of separating reports by owner.
For now, I'm using default Financial report but the default report doesn’t allow for custom formulas like the ones I set up in the Enhanced Reporting feature, so it’s not possible to run a combined report using those same formulas.

Add service providers as team member option
Currently service providers are only available at mobile end. But it will help bein able to create service provider as team members: with customized access / features so that you can choose what they can see and do.
Currently the associate role would eventually have access to all message threads, and pricing for the reservations, which is not great for a cleaner to see.

Keep responses to emails in the same thread.
When communicating with a guest, it would be helpful if the guest sees the relevant communication in one thread, instead of each response opening a new email thread.
20 votesCould you please provide more information, and maybe screenshots? We do not understand this request. In the Inbox, all the messages related to a particular booking/guest already appear in the same thread. Thank you.

Allow to resend quote for lead in status 'quote_sent'
It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.
