  1. When we import Airbnb leads, the base rent is calculated so that base rent + rate multiplier equals the rent total from Airbnb.

    True, we could apply this only to future leads, not past leads, but I don’t see why this would cause an issue to this PM since the total rent is the same.

  3. 4 of my 5 listings are subunits of what I would like to become 2 “whole house” listings

    I want to be able to merge the 4 existing sub listings into 2 additional “whole house” listings, without having to create 2 new listings from scratch.

  4. We encounter situations where a guest has already inquired about a Vrbo property and now needs to be instructed to send a booking request. This can be burdensome for the guest, as we are unable to simply invite them to make a reservation.

    If there is an option to pre-approve Vrbo inquiry so guest could book directly, it would be much more helpful.

  5. It would be highly beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to create custom channels in Hostfully, beyond the standard ones like Airbnb or Booking.com. For example, users could add channels like "Reception Desk," "Travel Agency Partnerships," or "Corporate Bookings" to track more specific booking sources. Additionally, implementing color-coding options for these channels would allow for easy visual differentiation and streamlined data analysis at the end of the season. This added flexibility would make managing and analyzing bookings much more intuitive, especially for businesses with diverse booking sources.

  7. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.

  8. Payment processing fees are a lot and add up as an expense. Please add an option to charge the guest for payment processing fees when using Stripe as a payment processor.

  11. In the Message Log, please add the property name. It can save time by adding the property name here, as sometimes a failed message might be expected on a specific property. By not including it here, we have to go find out which property the guest was applied to in order to figure it out.

  12. Often, the formatting of messages when sent to Airbnb and Vrbo goes awry. Especially for Airbnb, it seems to add a bunch of line spaces between paragraphs and makes the messages look pretty bad. Is there a way to not have the extra spaces and strange formatting happen when messages are sent to the app inboxes?
