Add a condition "If guest has not published a review yet" for custom trigger
They ONLY send a review reminder or a review request IF the guest has not yet written a review
This prevents the user from getting an annoying message about "hey can you review us" when he/she has already reviewed their stay.

enhanced reports edit list sequence
It would be very helpful if we could edit the list order of the enhanced reports. It only gives the option of duplicating and going to the bottom of the page, which separates from the report type groupings, making it difficult to find as we scale more properties.

We would like the ability to select and assign multiple photos at once when mapping them to Airbnb rooms, instead of having to do it 1 by 1
We manage 17 houses, each with around 80 photos — mapping them individually is extremely time-consuming. Allowing bulk selection and assignment would significantly improve efficiency and user experience.

Arrivals should stay in the arrival tab of the app the whole day
In the app, the arrivals of the day disappear at 3pm on time, even when the guest is planned to arrive later and that the real arrival time is adjusted in the booking « stay details » section.
The arrivals of the day should remain in the "arrival" tab during the whole day, and perhaps have the possibility to tick a box when the guest is checked-in.1 vote -
Allow property settings mobile edit
On mobile app, it doesn't appear you can alter the "only check in on" days like you can on desktop. It would be good to have this possibility like under the property page, main settings.

include a header on each page of a multipage report
When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.

Notifications for updates from Booking.com
We don't get an email notification when booking.com sends us a message about our account. These are generally important messages that we need to be aware of or where we have raised an issue with them and they are responding. Unless we remember to keep logging into BDC and going to the BDC inbox for that specific property, we would never know we had the message.

Channel messages should work with leads that were attributed to Vrbo
We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

Do not change refresh token every time tokens are refreshed
Since working with APIs is unpredictable by nature, in this case, something went wrong and the credentials in our system were not updated as expected.
This is expected, as a lot of processes can go wrong, from network issues to database issues and more.
This is the reason I think that cases like the one we are discussing are expected and we will face them again in the future. It is not anyone's fault, it is the nature of the process.

Increase character limits on departure items in guidebook
For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

Pipeline - Ability to select multiple properties in drop down filter
The filter function for pipeline under "properties", create a drop down list that allows you to click multiple properties to filter by, not just 1 at a time!
Or - add the "property tag" filter option.
Either way, I want to be able to filter out properties that I do not manage so only my properties are shown in the pipeline.
As a large company with several managers we are currently unable to filter out each others' properties, so leads/inquiries get lost on the pipeline...

Make booking widget show all pricing details when clicking on "Show details"
On Booking widget, the pricing section doesn’t appear to move when clicking on "Show details", and it wasn’t immediately obvious that they needed to scroll all the way down to see the rest of the information.

Ability to Download All Created Message Templates
I would like to request a new feature that allows users to download all the message templates we have created, similar to how we can download reports. This functionality would greatly improve efficiency by enabling easy access, backup, and sharing of all templates in one place.

Ability to PATCH /properties with specific fields only, without including required fields like pricing.dailyRate
Using the PATCH properties endpoint, if we want to update the "cleaningFee" within the "pricing" object, we are also required to supply the "dailyRate" value in order to keep the call from failing.
This is not desirable, because the PMS "dailyRate" may have been updated for many reasons, multiple times, and there is no "sync" from PMS back to our database, making this a very manual process to keep things aligned.
The only workaround we can think of now is a complex "round-trip" of data:
- call GET Properties endpoint to grab any data that may be overwritten during PATCH

Allow booking request outside booking lead time (Direct Bookings)
It ill be great to have a DBS button the same way it works for Airbnb. This is because we're a business who work in business hours. We have instant booking setup in general but after a certain time in the day, it becomes more complicated to accept a last-minute guest. They should be able to submit requests too.
