Add a condition "If guest has not published a review yet" for custom trigger
They ONLY send a review reminder or a review request IF the guest has not yet written a review
This prevents the user from getting an annoying message about "hey can you review us" when he/she has already reviewed their stay.

Add Promo Code field to Lead Details when creating a new lead from the calendar
Members of our team assisting renters with booking reservations need the ability to add Promo Codes when creating leads from the calendar - so they can offer company-approved discounts without needing admin access to pricing software. We see this as a critical feature, please upvote!

Be able to close a request without it showing up in the name search.
Guests often send multiple inquiries, which makes it difficult to locate their current booking in the pipeline. You have to click through each inquiry to find the correct one.

Be notified if you don't response to a lead the initial time.
Airbnb sends reminders if you don’t respond to an inquiry within 24 hours. With Hostfully, there’s no way to mark messages as unread, so if the owner views a lead first, I sometimes miss the opportunity to follow up.

Inbox - extra guest
It would be helpful to have the ability to add additional guests to the communication thread. Currently, only the primary guest receives messages, which means hosts must rely on them to relay information. Allowing multiple guests to be included would improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance the guest experience. This feature would be especially useful for group bookings or situations where multiple guests are involved in trip planning.

Separate the review section for Airbnb and VRBO
At the moment, that is correct all reviews of both channels would be in the same place and be differentiate by channel's logo column. I want to have 2 seperate area for Airbnb and VRBO channels. That would be easier to manage the review.

Make Frequently Used Features Easily Accessible on Mobile Browsers
We’d love to see some features accessible via mobile browsers, since our team often works on the go and the mobile app doesn’t currently offer full functionality.
We suggest simplifying access to frequently used actions — like Add Transaction, Add Payment, Add Expense, and Owner Adjustments — similar to how Add Lead is currently handled.
At the moment, some of these (like Owner Adjustments) are a few steps deep. Adding a dedicated button (e.g., next to Add Lead) would significantly improve workflow efficiency.

enhanced reports edit list sequence
It would be very helpful if we could edit the list order of the enhanced reports. It only gives the option of duplicating and going to the bottom of the page, which separates from the report type groupings, making it difficult to find as we scale more properties.

Add property name to pre-arrival form
Please add the property name to the pre-arrival form when completed. When I receive the form information by email I cannot see unless I click into the link what property it is for.
It would be extremely helpful as I am managing multiple properties with other managers to know who the form belongs to without having to open the link and then click through the tabs to check the property.

Arrivals should stay in the arrival tab of the app the whole day
In the app, the arrivals of the day disappear at 3pm on time, even when the guest is planned to arrive later and that the real arrival time is adjusted in the booking « stay details » section.
The arrivals of the day should remain in the "arrival" tab during the whole day, and perhaps have the possibility to tick a box when the guest is checked-in.1 vote -
Allow property settings mobile edit
On mobile app, it doesn't appear you can alter the "only check in on" days like you can on desktop. It would be good to have this possibility like under the property page, main settings.

Negative value on trigger
Ability to select a complex condition that sends the trigger only if it is not a same-day booking, or to be able to select 'before stay start' in * hours and up to * hours, with the 'up to' value being negative.

include a header on each page of a multipage report
When a report is multiple pages it helps to be able to see what column is pertaining to the information needed, ie, when filling out a tax report or the Owners payout report. A date stamp would just help narrow down which report is the correct one.
