  1. In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. However, the completed form is mumbo-jumbo. The info on the form is in one order while while the resulting completion is out of order in both email and Stay details tab's lead modal. It's difficult to interpret

  2. Unable to alter Airbnb booking. Here is the situation

    We have a long-term booking on property A that we need to move it to property B (31 nights)

    At the time we move the booking, property B has availability but there is a past booking that blocks a few days on property B.

    That makes the whole long-term booking cannot be moved to property B while it has the availability at the time we alter it.

    This could possibly cause incorrect accounting report and confusing for our team while guest actually stays on property B but on calendar, their booking…

  3. Currently you can give custom title to reports, but when you send the PDF to the owners the file is downloaded with an alphanumeric values for file title. Title looks restricted to the report header and doesn't affect file name.

  5. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  6. We can see for when the automated refund for security deposit it's schedule in the PMP on the view order option. But this information is not shown in the mobile app when checking the order transactions.

  7. My suggestion for Hostfully would be to put a clause in your contract with channel partners saying they are not allowed to do offer promotions above and beyond without prior approval (an expectation that they can unless we opt out is not good enough).

  9. At the moment, Hostfully only has Number, Percent and Currency as formatter.

    We’d like to have ability to insert a formula within the report feature that:

    Enters “RACK” if no promo code was used and the booking was made directly.

    Enters “OTA” if the booking came through any of the OTAs (like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).

  17. Under Set permission in Properties page, when bulk save, the setting and member assigned there to is applied to all other properties.

Add the option to automatically send a message to guests near their check-out date, offering them to extend their stay for one more night at a discounted rate if the following night is available. I think it would be powerful for the system to automate this process based on an opt-in by the operator by property for a specific time period or seasons, with selectable discounts, and the system looks up the availability and triggers accordingly.

  20. If I add a note to a guest's Lead Details there is no way to know if notes have been added. If there are any other significant messages or other information that needs to be highlighted there is no way to do it.
    Right now at shift change each person has to read every message and look for notes of every guest since their last shift.
    If we could turn on a star or color dot next to the guest's name in the left column an admin could quickly scroll down the list and see which guests need attention.
