Run Report: Add ability to run a report for future date periods
I would find it very useful to be able to run a report for a period in the future, without having to select Custom and pick a date range.
Some examples of values I've wanted to use:
"Next 365 days" - If it's Dec15 and I want to run a Booking Report for the upcoming year.
"All future" - Get data to help with prediction and forecasting.
In many UIs, anywhere there is a "This Month" and "Last Month", there's also a "Next Month" option, as another example.

Recent Reports: Show filters that were active when report was run
In the Recent Reports list under Enhanced Reports, it would be very helpful to show the filters that were used to generate the report. This would save me having to run the same report over and over when the data didn't change.
For example, if I run a report for last year, in most cases that data isn't going to be different tomorrow. I should be able to just open the report I already ran.
Another example: if I run the same report for several properties, having the property shown in the Recent list would make it obvious which ones…

Adjustments to auto update commission
If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

As a PM, I would like to be able to block dates on all the OTAs except the direct booking site.
The ability to customize the availability on different channels should be possible.

When we send a quote, it is important to see in that quote the discount applied. For instance, I set 10% for more than a week. Instead to change automatically the daily rate, it should show the discount applied as a single line. I believe that Guests would be more inclined to book with a discount.

Support HH:MM format for property check-in/out time under Main Settings
I want to set property's check-out time to be 10:30. At the moment, the supported values are [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23].

Enable inbox filtering for messages from guests that haven't been replied to yet
The most useful inbox filter would be conversations where guests have sent messages to us, but we haven't replied yet. Sometimes these get buried, and it requires going through every single thread to look it over. Ideally this would be set up so that automated messages from triggers/templates did not count as replies from us.
Or possible this could be set up through a totally different field. For example, each message thread could have a status box next to it. Whenever a guest sent a message, it could update that status box to say "Needs attention" in yellow. Then if…

Make Rate Multiplier available at Property Level
I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.

Combining the updated email inbox thread with the initial one.
When I change the guest email on pipeline > click on the send message button. I want the original thread (with the initial email) combined with the new thread (with the updated email). It should not open a new thread with no message inside. Thank you.

Ability to bulk delete reports
I run a lot of reports, and they start to stack up in the RECENT REPORTS.
I like a clean house, so go in and delete them when done ever so often.
But using the Delete button is slow. Love to have either a:
1) Checklist and bulk delete
2) Delete by TYPE or Report run
3) Delete allOptions.
