  2. At the moment, travelstaytion reservations show as the same as direct bookings in the central calendar. I would like to be shown different so we can distinguish them also there.

  3. The ability to set different email templates to be triggered depending on what season has been booked. For example, we operate in winter and summer and our offering, property and guests are quite different, so being able to customise the booking emails per season is essential.

  4. Currently, Hostfully only supports adjustments tied to owners and properties. However, many agencies also need to track and reconcile agency-wide expenses that are not connected to a specific property or owner.

    Examples include:

    Hostfully subscription fees

    Inventory purchases used across multiple properties

    Invoices paid directly by the agency (e.g., software, utilities, maintenance contracts)

    Having a way to enter, categorize, and report these agency-level adjustments would provide a more complete financial picture for monthly reconciliation.

    Thank you Alex. So we are working on adding authentication providers and we'll start with Google first (sometime this month). It's hard to keep track of many features in the same ticket, so let's user this ticket for the Goggle authentication and feel free to open other tickets for the other improvements you suggested.

  8. During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.

  9. As an international booking platform, we believe it is essential to provide the option to customise the date and time format. This would allow hosts in various countries to adopt the widely-used European system of a 24-hour clock and day-month-year format.

    Implementing this feature would enhance clarity and professionalism in the automated messages sent to guests, ensuring the information aligns with their regional expectations and reducing potential misunderstandings.

  10. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

  12. Notification when owners edit existing booking dates.

    We get notified when an owner makes a booking through our emails. We do not get notified if the owner changes the booking date. For example, if they add on an extra night, we won't know unless we check the calendar every day.

  16. Currently, the rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rent. I’d like the option for the multiplier to apply to all fees (such as cleaning, service, or management fees) to offset Airbnb's host service fee.
