Configure agency split per owner per property
As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.

Show phone-number country code in signatures
Since we work with international clients, it would be usefully that the variables [$AGENCYSIGNATURE$] and [$AGENTSIGNATURE$] display the full phone number INCLUDING the country dialing code.
Currently the phone is displayed as "771234567" : all number sticked together and without 0 before, so it's wrong for both for national and international clients.

Different security deposits for different platforms or ability to change deposit after booking
Ability to control security deposit by platform would be helpful for platforms like Booking.com which sets a maximum for the deposit.
In our case, we usually charge $500 security deposit for direct bookings, VRBO, etc, but booking.com limits it to $300, which is communicated to guests at the time of the reservation. So guests are expecting to pay a $300 deposit whereas their reservation within Hostfully has a $500 deposit due and there is not a way to change it.20 votes -

I would like to include a column on the reports that shows the date when the last update of the reservation was made.

Include option to show guest as "checked in" on pipeline
This feature would allow a host to keep track of how many guests were confirmed to have arrived, given early access, etc. With multiple people managing an inbox, or even one that is busy, it is hard to mentally recall if everyone has what they need to check in.

Check connected Vrbo account
As a PM, I want to check which Vrbo account (account ID, account name and email) that's connected to Hostfully (similar to Airbnb) and when it's connected. Currently I can only see connected listings.

Check out date not showing as available for check-in on Hostfully website when it should
Unblock the check out date of the previous guest on Hostfully's website. It looks like this date isn't available for guest's to book when it is available. Worst case - block 1/2 the date for the checkout, but that is not necessary. It should only show available because that night is available for a booking, yet it is showing blocked. My owner's cannot have this.

To be able to add specific dates to be set as a "firm" cancelation policy. These dates are during the festivals and I would like to set the pricing and rates to be "Firm".
