Auto refund cancelled reservations based on cancellation policy
For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

Get a notification when an Airbnb guest needs to alter their reservation.
When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.
I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

Manually add customer info into customer data section
In the pipeline tab there is a Link at the top where you can "see all customers". I would like the option to be able to add customer info manually. This would be amazing for when I meet people in person that say they want to come stay at one of my properties and I could just save their info in their directly. I can then send communications directly from their contact page. This would significantly increase workflow and help with marketing, etc...

Stop Future Automated Messages Feature
It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.
The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

Have separate max adults and max children to work with BDC channel
I want to set max 4 adults and max 5 children, max 6 occupancy in my BDC listing, and the current design max children = max occupancy -1 does not work for me so I want to have separate fields to set it so it can reflect correctly

Automatic retrying of failed messages whenever possible
Sometimes some messages failed to be sent due to server errors (Call failed 500, 429, 404). I had to go to Message Log > manually re-fired it. However, it will be better if the system automatically retries the failed messages for these types of errors.

Keep the manual rent input on the lead when changing the number of guests
When I change the rent manually on Pipeline, I want the rent I input manually to remain the same when I change the number of guest, as long as it's not exceeding the base guest.
For example. my base guest is 10, I changed the rent to $100 manually on Pipeline. When I edit the lead once more with number of guests = 2 (which is <10), I expect the rate $100 to be kept, instead of the (dynamic) rate on pricing tab.

Additional monthly report summary
At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.
Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”
But it shows “estimated revenue” which isn’t accurate.Additionally: on the above “property report”
