  2. When sending checkin instruction from Pipeline, the information is defaulted to Checkin instruction in Property Settings page. However, this tab does not appear in Multi-unit settings page.

    It would be helpful if we can add the checkin instruction at property settings page or unit settings page so we don't have to create several custom templates for it and we can quickly send from Pipeline.

  9. This option helps connect multiple Vrbo accounts. However, the user interface of this feature in Property Management Platform is not clear and user-friendly for property managers to understand its function. It should be located on the same Vrbo channel page, rather than Third-party agency dropdown and "Listed by" option under property Main Settings. I want this feature to work seamlessly as connecting with multiple Airbnb accounts.

  10. Currently, the default language is US English therefore the AI Bot answers using US spellings. This then shows our guest that we are using a Bot to answer.
    It would be great to have the option of UK English as a language option.

  11. When we import Airbnb leads, the base rent is calculated so that base rent + rate multiplier equals the rent total from Airbnb.

    True, we could apply this only to future leads, not past leads, but I don’t see why this would cause an issue to this PM since the total rent is the same.

  14. I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.

    The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).

    Customizable Timeframes:

  18. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.
